So, it’s sad that after being a customer here for 42 years since 1978 a long-time customer would get treated this way. It really bothers me. I knew the original owner Marino who left and went to Texas and sold the restaurant to Ramon who has now since passed away years ago. Ramon was the chief there for many years and always had a great repour with Ramon. Now Ramon’s Wife and Kids run and own the restaurant now. I had picked up food Sunday May 17,2020 during this pandemic. I spent $100.00. I ordered salad and I ordered chicken Parmesan with Pasta and I ordered Salmon Oreganta with Broccoli Garlic & oil and then one more Salmon plain and order of the famous Strawberry Zabaglione. They had hardly given me any sort of a portion and I called to try to rectify this with them and one of Sons to Ramon cursed me out. I just think that things are difficult enough and i feel this was over the top of behavior to a long-time customer at this establishment of 42 years. Most Reputable restaurants would apologize and just make the customer happy and replace the situation. So, I am no longer a customer of this place. I do not feel or believe that someone should be treated this way. Sometimes Stupidity of Owners or managers gets the best of us customers and clearly this was stupid mistake on his part to curse me out after 42 years of going to this establishment. I know that if Ramon were still alive today, I would have not experience this. Ramon was lovable person and had personality. That is what happens when children take over dont know how to take care of long time customers.

I have been going to Tiberios for 40 Years ( Three successive owners. Food is great service is friendly. never had a problem in all of these years.
