We live in Manhattan, so we've been to a lot of good restaurants, but while visiting my sister's house, we had a satisfying dinner at this Irish restaurant in Rockville Center, Long Island, with fresh ingredients and a menu faithful to the original, with ample portions and prices. I really liked it because it didn't seem like frozen vegetables. My mom, my sister, and my cute little daughters, ages 3 and 7, had a great meal. I'm sorry the kids were making a fuss. Great neighborhood bar and restaurant. It has been there for a long time and there is a reason why. Food is solid and always consistent. The steak salad is delicious, burgers are also great as are many other menu items. I especially enjoy the nachos and pretzel bites when I'm at the bar. If you're looking for fancy, white glove service, this isn't your place, but if you want a comfortable place with good food and a chill vibe, try it!
