I've never had an issue here before and even bought meat last time here because the meat didn't look fresh at associated down the street and tonight I came in for more meat today and it didn't smell fresh so I went back to exchange it and the gentleman at the counter was telling me nothing is wrong with the meat and how my family won't get sick from it and that I'm wrong.. two of us said it didn't smell right and when you spend $30 on meat it should smell fresh.. even asking other customers in the store if the meat I brought back looked bad.. not very customer friendly or appropriate when all I wanted to do was exchange it but ended up asking for my money back because it's not worth being in a situation like that when I spend a decent amount of money in your store when I shop

Very good deli all the sandwiches are great. Honey chicken fingers are always consistently good. The personal pizzas for $7 are always great too. Amazing staff.

Huge fan of this place! My husband and I ordered from here a number of times (called "hero shop" when getting takeout on some of the delivery sites) before I ventured into the store. I am SO GLAD I did!! It smells wonderful and all of the food choices are awesome. I was like a little kid in a candy store wanting to buy homemade pastas, sauces pizza, cheese, meats, pre made dinners and salads. I would say on a weekly basis we get their deli meats and cheeses and they are always fresh and delicious. I also enjoy their fresh mozzarella, broccoli rabe with grilled chicken and their to go salads. The folks who work in here are very patient and nice. They are also knowledgeable about their selection and can help you out with any questions you may have. I look forward to buying and trying additional meals next time I go in or order!

Decided to get Parma Market for lunch today on a recommendation. While the prepared meats looked phenomenal and the Italian products on the shelf looked great, the sandwich I ordered was somewhat disappointing. I got the Arthur Avenue special and while the bread was soft, prosciutto was excellent as well as the roasted red peppers, the chicken cutlets were extremely flat and hard as a rock. I'm sure this was just one experience seeing the rest of the reviews on here but sandwich def woulda been amazing if not for the chicken.

Ok, YUM. I was in the area and I've been craving a good italian hero so I hopped on Yelp and ended up here. I decided on the Arthur Ave Special that comes with Chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozz, red peppers and balsamic. It was HEAVENLY. Everything is fresh, top notch, delicious. Chased it down with an espresso soda and they're perfect together.All of the prepared foods looked fantastic so of course I made a shopping trip out of it. I ended up getting a quart of homemade vodka sauce, some fried eggplant (super thin and perfectly fried like the magic chicken cutlets), housemade mozzarella (beautiful), a salad with grilled chicken and broccoli rabe, and prosciutto di parma that they slice to order.Really nice people too. Support a great local business, this place is a gem!
