For years we’ve ordered for pickup a couple of times a month and never had an issue with an order. Last week I realized our edemame was missing once I got home. I called Wow and they offered to deliver it to us- they rang my bell within 15 minutes, and gave us an extra order of edemame to make up for the error. As someone is who is pretty discerning when it comes to my Sushi / Sashimi .. This is one of the better local places near me.Ordered over the phone for pickup but then realized.. I had a last minute virtual meeting to attend. Called back and they had no issues flipping it to delivery.Food arrived with no issues and was fresh and tasty. Food is excellent and good sized portions, prices are a bit too high. Service is friendly and fast, even when seriously bust, which is often at dinner time. Strongly recommend calling your order in ahead of time if picking up.
