Walked in and the staff look like they got up on the wrong side of the bed. As I stand and get ignored for 5 minutes, the worker bypassed me and takes the order of the person behind me. Walked out. Don’t recommend this place if you plan on starting your day in a good mood.

Easily the Best bagels in Rocky point. This place is seriously underrated. Great service and kind staff. The bagels are better than anywhere else around. Seriously, you want a classic bagel exactly the way it should be, soft on the inside and nice blistered on the outside. Cooked at a perfect temperature, really you're missing out if you aren't coming here every morning. Btw did I mention the prices are incredible, they have not increased the prices like other places have. 5 bucks and change gets you a CC bagel and coffee. Inflation who? Not here my man... Not to mention this is a LOCAL spot. People talk about small businesses, GO OUT AND SUPPORT your LOCAL small businesses!!! Why sit here reading reviews? Go get a bagel.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! I got an egg sandwhich (2 eggs with bacon and ketchup) and a medium ice tea. $17 for those two items is literally insane.
When I asked why it was so expensive they said “we are actually raising the price $2 next weekend”
I hate to leave bad reviews, but this owner is blatantly ripping off the community

Always messes up delivery orders ): gave us wrong bagel flavors and put no cheese and put sausage on the wrong one.

We've been coming here for years, but no more. The prices keep increasing and the quality of food is decreasing. I ordered a turkey wrap and was shocked to see it was $13! I figured like most delis on LI, it would at least be overstuffed, nope! It was a few slices of turkey, a slice of cheese, litterally two slices of onion, and stuffed with lettuce. At this point, our favorite local deli is just ripping our community off, and I'm done.
I spend a lot of money here 5-6 days a week. Every time I ask for an egg sandwich it is loaded with pepper … even when I ask for no pepper. Manager told me the cooks don’t put pepper on unless asked. . Wrong. this is the 5th time now in two weeks I received a BEC on a roll, LOADED with pepper. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Esp after spending over $35 on 2 bagels and 2 sandwiches that when we get home and open the sandwiches they’re not what we asked for.
