I've been going here for decades since I've lived in this town for 40 years. However over the last six months the ability of them to get sandwiches correct has dropped considerably. I'm noticing a common theme among other reviewers is that they seem to forget the cheese and that has happened to me more times than I can count. Or I ask for extra cheese and I get one slice. Today I ordered a western omelette with bacon and extra cheese. The bacon was chopped up and put into the omelette which has never happened before and they put the cheese in the omelette which it pretty much invisible or they put cheese on it. Last week I got egg whites, turkey and extra Swiss with hot sauce. I had one slice of Swiss and no hot sauce. Sometimes I am lucky enough to get hot sauce for like two or three drops. Let me say that I really have no issues with the employees up front they're all Pleasant and friendly! I don't know if someone's not writing down the orders or the cooks are screwing it up. But there's nothing worse than someone who's hungry and gets wrong sandwich. it takes nothing away from an employee if you write an order down. I worked in a deli many years ago and wrote everything down. Even if I knew I could remember it, I still wrote it down because-- multitasking. That’s what happens when you work in a service industry. I would be proud of an employee who wrote down orders instead of trying to remember it. As for prices, prices are high everywhere and they're in line with other places.

I feel like the price is kind of high here but the egg sandwiches are always great. So at least you get what you pay for💪 I'd rather spend a little more for their quality and taste.

$13.99 for a lb of cream cheese!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I'll make the extra stop and the supermarket from now on

The ongoing problem here is the inability for the staff to get orders right. I just ordered an egg white sandwich with American cheese & catchup. I got a burnt roll with egg whites & no American cheese. I also ordered a buttered roll with grape jelly. The girl who waited on me asked me if I wanted grape or strawberry jelly. I got a toasted roll which I didn’t ask for and strawberry jelly!!! She did not write the order down -first mistake, she did not check the order before it was packed up- second mistake, the person making the egg sandwich knew the roll was burnt but let it go- big mistake!!! Through all of these mistakes, no manager was obviously involved- biggest mistake of all! All of the above requires basic employee training. An egg sandwich, buttered roll & one coffee was over $16 bucks!!! The least they could do for that price is get the order right!!!!

Walked in and the staff look like they got up on the wrong side of the bed. As I stand and get ignored for 5 minutes, the worker bypassed me and takes the order of the person behind me. Walked out. Don’t recommend this place if you plan on starting your day in a good mood.
2 eggs swiss sausage, med coffee $14.15 Are you kidding me? Bathroom for employees only Could of went to diner for same price and had a real breakfast with free refills

Easily the Best bagels in Rocky point. This place is seriously underrated. Great service and kind staff. The bagels are better than anywhere else around. Seriously, you want a classic bagel exactly the way it should be, soft on the inside and nice blistered on the outside. Cooked at a perfect temperature, really you're missing out if you aren't coming here every morning. Btw did I mention the prices are incredible, they have not increased the prices like other places have. 5 bucks and change gets you a CC bagel and coffee. Inflation who? Not here my man... Not to mention this is a LOCAL spot. People talk about small businesses, GO OUT AND SUPPORT your LOCAL small businesses!!! Why sit here reading reviews? Go get a bagel.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! I got an egg sandwhich (2 eggs with bacon and ketchup) and a medium ice tea. $17 for those two items is literally insane.
When I asked why it was so expensive they said “we are actually raising the price $2 next weekend”
I hate to leave bad reviews, but this owner is blatantly ripping off the community
