Placed an order thru uber eats...supposed to be delivered by 315pm, @ aprox. 4pm im notified by the 3rd uber driver (not mcdonalds itself) that mcdonalds did not have the items that i ordered...i contacted mcdonalds to cancel order so i can get money back and so the order (which isnt available) isnt passed onto a fourth uber driver for the manager to tell me its my responsibilty to cancel order myself...ridiculous, how you gonna charge someone for something you dont have, and continue to waste uber drivers time and gas to pickup something that dont exist..appearantly they didnt want to cancel it on theyre end (reflect on them) and rather have it reflect on me like i no longer wanted items when in fact i did...it was there fault they didnt have what i ordered...never again

Whoever's working the 7. AM shift really needs to be fired. It's December 4th 2025 I don't know who's hiring these people but burnt this mcgriddle basically looked like they stopped on it fire. This person immediately this is such mismanagement.

Everytime i go here they forget something or I get it and its on a hard bun! The last time I went in twice for another sandwich and the bun so rock hard everytime. No one helps u everything is done on the screen. Takes 15 mins to just get ketchup!

When you go through their drive thru in the evening it’s an absolute joke. The people working have no sense of urgency or care over the product they’re serving. It’s a party behind the counter. My d as oda cup wasn’t full. Food was cold. Guy at the window was talentless and unwelcoming. This location is absolutely horrible .

I ordered through the app and still had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be complete. Once I was home I saw that food was missing. This location is definitely not what it used to be.
This is a bacon egg and cheese at this McDonald's. Now that white stuff covering the sandwich is there breakfast sauce which is butter and mayo. Why. And who covers something like that. Disgusting never again and then they tried to blame corporate that this is how they were taught to make the sandwiches on bagels. I love ketchup and if there was that much ketchup I'd still be pissed. Shut it down and salt the earth around it!

Absolutely appalled at the way manager Danielle conducted herself during a severe screw up in the drive through. She offered 0 assistance to the situation at hand and stormed around like a toddler throwing a tantrum. My order was entirely wrong; so to assist the staff i pull up my mobile order receipt since the cashier did not give me one. Danielle shouts “WELL YOU DIDNT CLICK CHECK OUT” Baffled at her outburst, i told her that this order was placed at 7:19 and it is now 7:30. Thankfully there was an off shift manager who witnessed her tantrum and apologized for her behavior. I have contacted corporate and look forward to sharing this awful experience with them.
