Yesterday we had a graduation party for my son! I had told the owner that we are ordering all of Casey’s favorites…. He went above and beyond for the platter that he gave us and even spelt out CASEYS FAVORITES. We had 4 amazing dips to go along side it.

Everything was delicious would highly recommend!!!!

The staff is super nice and friendly the place is really cute too, I wish I loved the food as much. I was really excited to try this place but the cinnamon pretzels were not good, very dry and the cinnamon was barely there:( I would come back and try other things though just to see.

I got the pretzel party tray and the mini hot dogs and it was the most perfect app before the meal! Ordering was easy and it was ready for the time I wanted. Packaged and easy to go! Big hit at the party and the salted caramel dip is chefs kiss👌🏼

So friendly. I had heart pretzels made for a special occasion. Needed them by 10am and they were ready!! Thank you so much. They were the perfect finishing touch we needed.

Sanitery issues!!! :-(
They just opened at 10am this morning. :-) The pretzels were fresh and delicous.
Here is why I only gave two stars:
The coneyor belt was putting out pretzel dough. The pile was over flowing. I was not in a rush, I let her know that the pile was over flowing. She ran over there, she dIdnt have gloves after she just handled cash form the previous customer and pushed the pile down. I said, no gloves?and you squished the dough together. She said, Well?!?!?
She then put one glove on went back and picked up the pile. She moved it to a different area with one glove but used two hands. She had to use two hands it was a big pile. Please let your employees know to always use proper health protocol. Another thing: if you do have gloves on while handling money or the register change those gloves out when handling food.

I've used Rocky Point Pretzel several times for parties. Everything is delicious!! The owner is so nice. He created a diamond ring pretzel for my daughters engagement party and it came out great!! I highly recommend Rocky Point Pretzel!

When I buy some pretzel and take it’s home and than put in the freezer and in the next 2 day I take out and put it’s in the microwave for 4 sec it’s so hot and soft to eat

Normally not one to review but I’m hoping I can save another family some money. Tonight me and my family went here for the first time since we recently moved to Miller Place. I heard good things and wanted to try them out despite the reviews I’ve read. Well let me tell you, the three workers in there were miserable, they couldn’t be bothered to explain anything to us. We ended up getting the family deal and the ENTIRE large bucket of pretzels were salt-less, stale, hard as a rock, and tasted like it’s been sitting out all week long under the warmer. The Phillycheese bites were horrible and had hard pieces of something (maybe bone?) inside them, the hotdog bites were ok but definitely not tasty, they replaced some of the hotdog bite with pickle pretzels because they didn’t have enough made and omfg they were so SPICY! My poor five year old was in tears. Last but not least the cheese sauce was thick like it’s been sitting for days and the taste was so displeasing. Definitely will not be returning, what a waste of 40$.

I ordered hot dog bites n the cheese steak bites, they were horrible, hard as a rock n seem like they been sitting in the warmer 4 2 days, I’m lucky I didn’t break a tooth, will never go back or recommend, try having fresh food please, this franchise won’t last long
