I ordered cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was absolutely horrible. I asked for the design to include her name and age on it. The cake I received was missing her age on the cake and her name was written so small and sloppy like as if it’s was insignificant. Also I asked for a whipped Bavarian cream which they said they could do with fresh strawberries and they just gave me regular Bavarian cream and the strawberries were frozen. My husband walked in this morning to order a cake due to an emergent situation with our usual baker. He was going to just get a cake already made but they assured him to show a picture and they could make the cake we wanted. He showed a picture and picked it up already taped shut. We opened it and as you see on the right it is HIDEOUS and nothing at all like the very simple photo shown.
