Honestly just one specific worker has ruined this whole shop for me. I believe her name is Kiera. She is always rude and in a sour mood. She’s always treating the other employees badly. It honestly is just disgusting and distasteful as a business to have someone like that working for you.

Starting to think the dunking rejects work here. This about the 7th time our orders are wrong they have an attitude about it or want ignor you and have u go away they dont even know what they are giving u when u have 3 or 4 drinks when they are asked very low standards compared to when the place opened

Waited 15 minutes when i was only the 2nd car in line and when i asked what took so long, the manager said “i have new employees and they are practicing “. Clearly they were practicing because the drink was made wrong and tasted awful. Pretty said when you have new employees practicing making $8 drinks. Not good for business

Make sure you know what you want ahead of time There is no menu and when I told the person taking my order it was my first time she got annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted. She begrudgingly got me a menu but I felt very rushed to just place my order. Also the menu had no prices but a medium drink was almost $7 and then the lady basically pushed the tablet in my car asking for a tip. Not an experience worth repeating, I'll stick to Dunkin or Starbucks.

This 7 brew needs to take some pointers from the New Hartford location. Have been waiting in line for 20 minutes. When we got to the front to get the coffee the girl had absolutely no personality. Would not stop at this one again!

Daytime crew is amazing and fast. Went in early morning waited in front of line for 20 minutes and my order was never taken while All 5 vehicles behind me were getting there orders.
My fiance and I usually go to the one in new hartford but we came to this one and our drinks were just wrong. They did not taste the same as we usually get them. Very disappointed.
