Ordered 2 large subs. Took over a half hr, after we were told it would be 10 mins. And when we got home and opened our subs, they were soggy, sloppy, and nearly inedible. All bread with a tiny bit of meat in the middle. Very let down...

Ordered online as it seems easier at times as when we call it’s often not so easy anyway order came quicker than expected food was hot and yummy our only complaintaints are as follows : mozzarella sticks need more sauce it’s too small and we run out of sauce and have sticks still to eat , and today there was a hair sticking out of a container of sauce as well which meant the hair was also touching food within the container !!

Place was packed, workers did an excellent job getting everyone in and out while still maintaining friendliness. You guys have become my favorite place to get food. Keep crushing it!

We’ve never had a bad experience. We’ve had had the pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, upside down pizza, mild chicken wings, boneless wings, the fish fry, and the chicken riggies. Every time we order, the food is delicious.

So they tell me 30 minutes for a small order. I get there in 25, the food's not hot, and the crust is burned. nothing like room temperature and burnt lol. So obviously they're told to tell people 30 minutes, without regard to what is being ordered. So if you order a pizza and they're not busy it's going to be done in 13 minutes and you're going to have cold pizza every time. That was annoying. Lack of cheese sauce was burned right to the Cross but that could have been because it was burnt not much taste at all due to the overcooking I could tell the cheese is good if it was cooked properly

Staff is always very pleasant and place is always clean. Pizza slices are huge and fairly priced. My favorite place to stop for a slice of pizza when in Rome.

I wish I would have taken pics but I took the food to my wife who is in physical rehab at the moment. After a horrible experience at another pizza place in Rome this has restored my faith in pizza. The pizza was great, crispy crust, nice golden brown cheese, the sauce was delicious. Very flavorful pizza. The wings were big and juicy amd tender, the mild sauce was perfectly tangy and the wings weren't over cooked to death. One thing I've noticed is you don't get blue cheese with your wings in Rome, you gotta ask for it and pay extra.... whats that about? Every pizza place I've been to in Oswego and Onondaga county gives you blue cheese with an order of wings. That why I gave service only 4 stars
