Boyz From Italy has completely gone downhill. The food quality isn’t what it used to be, the people answering the phone act like you’re bothering them, and the hours change constantly. I wish I could say it was just a bad day here and there, but nope — this is every single time we order now.
My parents live FIVE minutes away, and somehow even a simple salad takes over an hour, despite them confidently saying “30 minutes.” Today we ordered at 3:13 PM, and by 4:15PM it still wasn’t here. That’s not just bad service — that’s pathetic.
If you don’t want to take orders fine, but at least be honest about your wait times and try treating customers like you actually want their business.

Their subs are pricey and awful. You literally get one layer of meat and cheese, it’s all bread. They don’t even put oil on it, they put some sort of Italian dressing. If I wanted a poorly made overpriced sub, I’d go to Subway.

Calzone was huge for the price but thr cheese had alot of spices on it and was off putting to eat
I have 6 or 7 favorite pizza spots between Rome and Utica. This is one of them. Whenever im in Rome and want pizza and wings this is always a solid choice. I also recommend the garlic nuggets, pieces of pizza dough swimming in garlic butter sauce, amazing

Boyz sucks! Waiting for delivery that's over an hour late!!! It should be free!!! NEVER EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM! IT Totally sucks. This is 2nd time happened! When it finally got here it was inedible. It was cold and tasted like cardboard with tomato soup and cheese. My last time ordering delivery! In house is great though. Eat in or pickup best,! P.S. don't blame delivery guy, he can only deliver what is given to him.

We ordered a pizza tonight to go, it was incredible! The pizza had nice thin crust had that little crispy chew to it and it was absolutely loaded with toppings! The best part was the price was many dollars less than other pizzerias we've been to in the area recently and yet it gladly would have paid equal or more for what I got! Outstanding job and keep up the good work!
