Went to Grandes...mistake. I know restaurants are busy because of the storm...but acknowledge people when they come in. Finally pick that table or wait for me to clean this one.. picked that table, we waited for a menu...just as my wife gets up to get her own the waitress slides them on the table...continues to bus...15 min in and hasn't bother to get our drink order...now there were only 4 tables seated at this time ans 3 were eating.. Plus A/C was dripping on the table....got up and left. This is posted for the management who never noticed we left....

I was a little nervous after reading their reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The service was a little slow but the wings were decent. The staff was friendly and attentive.

$41 for 15 wings and a small pizza is a little ridiculous if you asked me. Both the pizza and the wings are mid at best. The wings have little to no flavor and they are EVERYTHING wings. There are much better options in rome than grande’s pizza. $41 for subpar wings and pizza is insane to me. Grande‘s pizza deserves a two star they jewed me for shitty pizza and wings. Uncooked chicken on the pizza as well. sad

18 dollars for a Philly sub. When I say I'd rather have a mc-double I really mean it. The worst underseasoned Philly I've EVER tasted. I fed it to my dogs it was that bad. Even called to ask them if they attempted to flavor their meat and they told me they really don't and that's just how they make them. Save yourself some money and disappointment go eat someplace else.

We had the Philly cheese pizza. It was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and efficient despite it being busy. Looking forward to going again

Id like to start this off by saying I really enjoy the food here but today the service was less than appropriate I placed an order for a small cheese pizza (pretty basic) and was told 25 minutes even giving them a little extra time arriving about 30-35 after calling. Apon arriving I waited and extra 30-35 minutes because my order was apparently never made. On top of that I was accused of not paying for the pizza once it was finally ready even tho I had already paid apon arrival. No apologies were made for any of the wrongs and the attitudes by all employees was extremely dismissive and nobody seemed to care about the mistake not the norm from this business and extremely disappointed.
