Awesome place, menu options, and portion sizes are HUGE! Only request is that you can get at least one sauce for free...otherwise you're paying $1.75 per sauce. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Weird vibe when I went in about a DoorDash pickup! Had to verify I sent my receipt to the customer (something I already have to do and can’t not do lol) and the guy says I have to show him the proof because people are stealing and everyone has to do it when they go in. I’ve ordered from here twice and stopped when I ordered a $22 dish and instead got the $12 version of it (also on DoorDash) this is my first time going in in person. I did love the dish the first time I ordered and the second was inconsistent with the sauce consistency on my Alfredo (also for some reason the 2nd time I didn’t have the parm on top which I liked the first time a lot! Ty whoever cooked my first it was awesome.) Obviously I show him that I sent the receipt to the customer to move on from this topic and continue my side job lol but left a weird feeling in my conscious. When you send the pic to the customer it covers the restaurant on their end, I was told that he believed he paid for it. DoorDash pays for the food when someone steals it… so just felt weird. Not sure if this had to do with me being a young black female or if I’m thinking too much but I asked my boyfriend (who did a order there yesterday as well) if this was his experience and he told me absolutely not and was upset it happened to me. If this wasn’t profiling I apologize but common sense is telling me the buisness would know that’s how DoorDash worked and the customer gets paid by DoorDash to reorder and they don’t even get charged as a restaurant, I had to go double check after this! I do think I’m done ordering here, as a new resident of Rome and newer to the restaurant, but I also think I will not be returning for DoorDash either… no one in this area asks to watch on my phone (which we actually do not have to comply with I checked in with DoorDash support) so just left a weird taste in my mouth .

Close at nine call at 8:15 to order a large pizza and she told me they were closing soon don’t bother their service sucks pizza sucks and obviously they don’t want to go out of their way to service the community since does not take 45 minutes to cook a pizza.

Yesterday, 8/2/25, we visited this restaurant for a quick bite. We were seated outside and were the only people seated there. The waitress came out took our order of a small tuna sandwich and an order of onion rings. She brought the drinks out and then we never saw her or our food order for over 40 minutes. Being annoyed I went inside to find out what the hold up was. Not one single person inside in the dining area. 5 people behind the counter.
Asked about the food order stating we had been waiting an extended time. Answer was, “We are short handed” Come on! No one is even here except us! I returned outside and gave them 5 more minutes to bring the order before walking out. Finally, got the food. What was awful at best. Unacceptable. Get your staff together!
