Took about 15 mins to get a door dash, while waiting I was completely ignored by all staff, but I did watch the person in the window/ running the lobby play on her phone for about 5 minutes. I love it(sarcasm)

On Sunday about 2:00,we stopped for chicken dinners They said sorry we have NO chicken!No pot pies nothing! 30 minutes for the first chicken up! We were not surprised they don’t serve pot pies on Monday! You changed the building,but the staff is still there! Come on kfc do something about it! No chicken was a first! We left! The mgr. needs to be fired! Profits must be way down! We can’t buy what they don’t have! No chicken,at kfc

Waited for at least 8 minutes for someone to take our order. Very unfriendly cashier, forgot to give one of the items that were ordered, then forgot to include the eating utensils. The men's restroom was filthy, paper towels all over the floor, water was on the floor creating a very slippery condition. Commode needed cleaning. Overall not a pleasant place to eat.

I live nearby and have been here multiple times, they consistently have bad service, Long wait times, and I've never seen them get an order 100% correct. I now drive 15 minutes further to go to a different KFC. Terrible!

Asked for a diet Pepsi and they said they didn't have Diet Pepsi and then continue to argue with me saying that Pepsi Zero is the same thing as Diet Pepsi which it isn't because of the sweeteners are two different types of sweeteners then every time we come here they're either out of biscuits or out of butter they never have what is on their menu employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. You just redid the outside maybe you should think about redoing your employees and your management...

The bucket of chicken had really dark oil in it. It's like nobody ever changes the oil often enough. It just didn't happen once either.

The nuggets and chicken in the famous bowl were burned and dried out, it was missing the order of 2 biscuits, and one of my drinks were completely wrong. 40 min to prepare absolute garbage

There was macaroni in my mashed potatoes. Got a 3 piece original and the chicken was so full of dirty grease, I couldn't eat it. I guess it's worth the drive to Oneida to get Popeyes. You don't get dirty grease all over the box there. That was NASTY.
