Once inside, this restaurant typically takes upwards of ten minutes before somebody even takes your order at the register. Food prep takes an average amount of time. Food quality is terrible compared to other KFC restaurants in the region. Food is often overcooked and dried out from sitting in their heating units for hours.
If possible, it is worth going to any other KFC or, honestly, literally any other restaurant.

So is it just me or is KFC disgusting now? Second time trying it and there’s a taste I don’t like at all. Extra crispy isn’t a thing anymore there and like I said the taste is horrible. Mobile order is never right.. so look before you leave

very very poor customer service today probably not the only one who has dealt with this issue. went through the drive thru to order my lunch. but the employee who was taking my order was very unprofessional an nasty . bad attitude. will not be returning to this location. all the years KFC been in Rome NY an never once did I run in to this issue. needs to be spoken to or fired since this young lady doesn't know what customer service is.

Everything has changed since new staff and management. Previous experiences there were less than satisfactory. Rude staff, long wait times at the drive thru, dried chicken, hard biscuits and warm coleslaw. Since new staff, the food meets the expected KFC quality, and the staff are pleasantly friendly and efficient.

I got sick from either the chicken thighs, coleslaw or corn or soda. Probably won't visit this location again
got a spicy chicken burger, nothing else was on the buns except the spicy sauce which the majority of it was in the wrapper not even on the chicken, no lettuce no tomatoes no cheese no nothing except a piece of chicken and two buns and a little bit of sauce, didn't even deserve one star, and the buns were 2 bottoms, my son got the 2 top parts🤦🏼♀️

The colonel would be rolling in his Kentucky Fried Coffin if he heard about this service or lack there of. We’ve been without power since early Sunday morning, figured we could get some takeout for dinner for our household of 8. They forgot most of our order so we wasted lots of time and gas to drive back to the restaurant only to be met with the WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered at a place of business. Claimed they never got an order today for as many famous bowls(we ordered 4, so not that many) as we ordered, we showed them the receipt and received our food. Not a single apology, and ignored me talking to them. This was the absolute worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in any business. We finally ate our dinner hours after placing the order only to realize it was horrible food as well as service. The bowls have obviously been sitting under a heat lamp all day, the corn and chicken HORRIBLY over cooked, watery mashed potatoes, the nastiest thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. I’m never returning to this dump.
