If I order to remove the ice directly, the actual amount of coffee is only a little more than half a cup. If I choose not to remove the ice, when you finish drinking the coffee, you will find that half a cup of ice is left in the cup.If your drinks are divided into medium cups, large cups, and extra large cups, then in principle, whether it is ice-free or not, it should at least meet the usual weight requirements. Even if the ice is removed, the specified amount should be met. If the difference is too big, it means a shortage. When I got this iced latte, I was shocked because it was not full. If it is your store's policy to not fill the cup with ice, I hope you can tell me when ordering. You can lower your expectations and accept……

The architects did a terrible job designing this building. Did they understand we have freezing winters here? The building is designed like a Florida Starbucks. There are two massive double doors on each side of this tiny building, they are just single doors, so when they are opened a massive draft blows into the entire building, when it gets busy it's awful. Can't sit and eat/drink in the winter because it's always frigid in there. They also don't have any outlet plugs which means they don't want you there very long.

Workers are very friendly and efficient but the atmosphere needs work.. when I arrived I used the restroom which had no toilet paper. I was working on something and decided to sit for a bit but the tables had not been cleaned.. Appearance of your business means something!

I came at 4:30pm. I ordered a large coffee and a egg bite. 20 minutes later it was available for me. Maybe this isn't the good time to come. I never been here before and service seems a little slow but everything else seems okay. I would suggest not coming in the evening and just ordering during the daytime hours.I'm sure I just came at the wrong time and everyone was tired and ready to go home. Maybe we'll try again tomorrow and see if it improves.

1 star on service - for some reason they consistently forget to add the WHIP CREAM and Cinnamon Dust or Caramel Drizzle.. etc etc No Matter how I order - its always as if it's a special request when the drink comes with it as DESCRIBED and PICTURED.. ???Other than that I Love the Coffee(altho I will Dunkin cuz they Never forget to dress up a drink)side note: Starbucks Merch is to die-for LOL as I OWN a bunch of StarCups from my travels to different states and out of country vacation places!!

Just wanted a coffee and something sweet while I waited for an oil change.Everything I tried to order was out of stock.Finally agreed on a seasonal drink.Got my Danish in 1 minute.10 minutes later no coffee. I asked an employee. Oh yeah she's making it.10 minutes later I still didn't have it.Trying to navigate a refund left me shaking.

I have been waiting years for a Starbucks in Rome. It’s a quiet and great atmosphere especially in the mornings. The customers and staff are very friendly. Professional and clean environment. The Baristas always greet you when you come in and very warm and inviting. I enjoy the food and drinks.

I love Starbucks drinks, I’m there daily. But I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to New hartford, my basic orders are pinks drinks and iced white chocolate mocha lattes, they can never put the right syrups in the lattes, they rarely taste right, I ordered one today 11/12/23 and it tastes so gross! They really need people who know what they’re doing and pay attention to orders, there are time I go there for an order I placed 10 minutes in advance and still have to wait several minutes bc there are people who will stand next to the drivethru begging the other person to switch with them, it’s unacceptable!

Some days I come into this Starbucks and everything is running smoothly, but other days the service is so off!!!!! I've especially noticed this with some short girl barista who always has a scowl on her face. Her customer service is not good and she seems like a pain to work with. Figure out your staffing and give me my COLD FOAM!
