The architects did a terrible job designing this building. Did they understand we have freezing winters here? The building is designed like a Florida Starbucks. There are two massive double doors on each side of this tiny building, they are just single doors, so when they are opened a massive draft blows into the entire building, when it gets busy it's awful. Workers are very friendly and efficient but the atmosphere needs work.. when I arrived I used the restroom which had no toilet paper. I was working on something and decided to sit for a bit but the tables had not been cleaned.. Appearance of your business means something!

I came at 4:30pm. I ordered a large coffee and a egg bite. 20 minutes later it was available for me. Maybe this isn't the good time to come. I never been here before and service seems a little slow but everything else seems okay. I would suggest not coming in the evening and just ordering during the daytime hours.I'm sure I just came at the wrong time and everyone was tired and ready to go home. Maybe we'll try again tomorrow and see if it improves.
