I order strawberry matcha latte, but
Strawberry is pitifully scarce. I have tried this drink in many places, but this is the first time I have encountered such a situatio.

Starbucks Coffee Company has varying experiences. Some orders are not prepared as requested, such as a strawberry matcha latte with scarce strawberry or a grande iced oatmilk shaken espresso with incorrect syrup. However, the service is often fast and friendly. Baristas are willing to substitute ingredients, like in the case of an Iced tea lemonade, and offer to re-make drinks if needed. The staff provides pleasant experiences, making customers feel like family, and offers great conversation and service, even for simple orders like a cup of coffee.
