Stopped here while biking the Erie Canalway trail for a mid-morning coffee. Coffee was fantastic, the vibe was friendly and chill, and John was amazingly helpful with a bike problem. Went super above and beyond to help us get to a bike shop. Really can't say enough good things. Will stop back for sure next time we're in town.

I'm biking the Empire State Trail / Erie Canal and it was a great place to stop fora morning coffee/breakfast. The owners are cyclists who have done part of the Erie canal trail, and are passionate about building up their community. They were very accommodating, offering charging of my electronics and went above and beyond with offering support and being friendly while I was there. There is a bike rack in sight and a bathroom. Also- the vibes are amazing, the locals are plentiful, there are good places to sit, excellent coffee, filling but simple breakfast burritos, and great art. 10/10 recommend to anyone cycling / passing through Rome. Also, it was on the Empire State Trail, so no detour needed.

I’m not a coffee person but I love the drinks at Superofficial. Everything is made with real ingredients not processed syrups like the chain stores and you can taste the difference! The atmosphere is also very welcoming which is nice. I feel a sense of calm sipping a drink on the weekend here. If you’re a tea drinker like me there are still lots of great options beyond a standard tea. Also make sure to try the seasonal drinks! There are so many good ones you can’t go wrong.
