We have been patrons of the Savoy for over 20 years. With Covid we have not been going out much. The last time we went to the Savoy was in January 2020. We dined there last night and it was DELICIOUS! I didn’t realize his much I missed this restaurant. Margaret has always been our server but she was not available last night. I was stationed at Griffis AFB in Rome back in 93-94...was my absolute favorite place to eat...the lasagna was the best I'd ever had. I'm in Vegas now, but I'd go back to Rome just to visit this place again...

Our region of the Mohawk Valley has some great old style Dinner Houses, as well as a regional population exposed to far better cuisine than anywhere in Upstate New York. The Savoy is Western Oneida County’s classic! The enduring, dark walls and cozy interior is both unpretentious and old school elegant.
