Very friendly staff. My girlfriend and I were served by a young German-American woman who was both knowledgeable about the wines and the area in general. Chatting with her and drinking the good quality wine provided an overall very pleasant experience. Thus the Knapp Winery is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Knapp’s became a fast favorite among our group. Our visit was awesome. Our server for the tasting was so nice and knowledgeable, she was able to give us in-depth descriptions of each wine we were tasting. Definitely the best experience we had on our trip in terms of learning about the wines themselves.
They served yummy local cheese and crackers to snack on in between tasting!

I love Knapp! Such a wide selection of wine. Definitely try the ice wine, it’s out of this world! They gave us delicious local cheese and crackers and our DD some complementary local grape juice. After our flight they let us try a few more that we were curious about. One of my favorite stops on Cayuga!

We came for the anniversary celebration. The rainstorms did not stop the live music; vendors moved onto the covered porch. Our party of 10 had a late lunch in the restaurant. The Knapp burger was delicious. Bought bottles of my new favorite red blend, Profondo Rosso. The landscaping and flowers on the grounds are gorgeous.

Meh....they don't sell Magnums anymore for Pasta Red, the small bottls cost more than the magnums and a bunch of liquor stores discontinued there pasta red magnum.

Fantastic service and wine. We really enjoyed chatting with our server during the tasting. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. We will absolutely need to come back and try the restaurant. The flight of 6 pours is worth the price. Great selection of dry whites and reds. I recommend the steel cast chardonnay and siegerrebe both are amazing. As someone who normally hates chardonnay my mind was blown.

My friend and I have been coming to Knapp for several years and enjoyed the wines and the slushies. In fact I purchased a whole case of wine from here for my son’s wedding. BUT this past September , we came in and the place had completely changed . When I inquired about the slushie machine , I was told they could not get The slushie mixture any longer ( untrue we were able to purchase slushie MANY other places . I feel they are trying to up their image. ) And what REALLY turned us off of every coming back , which is unfortunate because my friend loved your Loganberry wine, was when I was asking questions to some young male employee and because I had a sweatshirt on from another winery , he asked if I worked there as if I were some Kind of Mole. Not very good customer service . Knapp winery has been taken off our “regulars” list, because of a couple of unnecessary circumstances.

THE. ABSOLUTE. BEST. Arguably one of the top 10 best meals both my boyfriend and I have ever had. In addition to the beautiful scenery and kind staff, the food, wine flights, and desert were amazing. The apple crumble cheesecake and frozen pumpkin pie deserts were to die for.
