Very relaxing experience. Waitress was very informative+accommodating. Delightful visit!
Friendly staff and delicious Ice wine.
When we're in the Finger Lakes, we like trying different wineries and breweries. Memorial Day weekend was crappy weather wise, so we wandered a bit. This one was an overall great experience, and the wine was tasty. Cole was very knowledgeable about all the wines, and made the experience even better. We tried so many different wines, that this review was originally posted under the wrong winery! Oops! Better late than never!
Super exciting, we arrived around 10 minutes before they opened and they gladly sat us at a very cozy outdoor table overlooking a field. The food was very good and the wine selection was extremely tasty. Although we had two children with us, they were very good at accommodating us with all of the other adult wine connoisseurs. The food presentation was very well done, tasty, and our server was extremely polite and tentative to our needs. She often checked on us to make sure that everything was perfect and we were very pleased, went back in the area. We will definitely be back to this cute, cozy, romantic winery with an incredible food selection.
Food and service is excellent, but if you’re eating at the restaurant and sitting outside the flys are terrible.
They need to address the fly situation and not just blame it on Mother Nature.
Lovely winery with their own vineyards.
Excellent wines. Definitely try their Grüner Veltliner, dry and semi Rieslings, Baco Noir if you are into white vines. For reds, definitely try their Separavi and Merlot. If you are into sweeter wines, they have a good collection and some of them are par excellence.
If Tyler is available, ask for him. He is knowledgeable and a ton of fun.
Beautiful winery and restaurant. We made reservations for lunch but there was no hostess in the restaurant and took about 10 minutes to be seated. Staff was very friendly and all dishes were delicious. We got the burger, scallops with mashed potatoes, seafood tower, bruschetta, fries, Reuben sandwhich, peanut butter chocolate cake, key lime cheesecake, and triple berry ice cream cake. So good!!
Still some of the best wines in the finger lakes with a very nice tasting room. Also a favorite stop.
Great wines , good place to go. Employees were very cool
The wine was great and the food is fabulous!! The bang bang shrimp and the Tuscan chicken soup were delicious! We will definitely go back.

We just had lunch at Knapp Winery. The food was amazing!!! I highly recommend both the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and the grilled cheese panini. All fantastic and flavorful!! The Bailey’s cheesecake was out of this world! We are never disappointed when we visit from Buffalo! The show stopper though (unexpectedly I might add), was a new appetizer, a Brie en croute with a fresh rhubarb jam. SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! We also sampled some new to us wines, and found the experience quite pleasurable, following the suggestions of our knowledgeable server.
Arrived early sunday morning, had the place to ourselves. Good selection of wines, complimentary cheese and crackers were a nice touch.
We hosted a Rehersal dinner here and cannot rave about this place enough.
Through the planning process Shari and the rest of the team were so accommodating and kind. I can’t recommend them enough.
The food and drinks were FANTASTIC- shout out to chef Hayleigh for making our menu dreams come true. The pastry chef is also extremely talented and created delicious desserts for our group.
Shari truly created an experience for us- from the set up, to the flowers, you can tell she truly cares about the experience delivered.
We can’t wait to visit again in the future!
Horrible! Slate floor noisy, but the worst was the owner’s dog ! 😳 attacked another dog, upsetting us. Then it returned!
Whatever! the whole event was extremely upsetting and we will not ever return!
The winery itself is fantastic, the staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Wait times for both food and service were long, and the quality of the dishes was inconsistent.
The aesthetics are an easy win, the layout and presentation are inviting, but the food simply doesn’t measure up. For instance, I was asked how I wanted my burger cooked, only for it to arrive completely different than requested. If the kitchen can’t deliver on that option, I’d rather they not ask. I’m usually pretty easygoing, but for the venue and the price point, I expected more.
The fries were another letdown: half undercooked and soggy, half overcooked with a dense, raw center. The drinks were good, but when the food quality is so uneven, the bill felt almost insulting. To make matters worse, we had to physically track down staff just to settle the check, waiting about 45 minutes with no service. That happened more than once, both to request the check and then again to have the card processed.
All of this was especially disappointing because it followed an excellent wine tasting experience. Even after a couple of cocktails and a bit of a wine buzz, the food and service issues were too glaring to overlook. From a quality standpoint, the restaurant simply didn’t deliver, and that’s what ultimately pushed me to leave this review.
