I love Knapp! Such a wide selection of wine. Definitely try the ice wine, it’s out of this world! They gave us delicious local cheese and crackers and our DD some complementary local grape juice. After our flight they let us try a few more that we were curious about. One of my favorite stops on Cayuga!
We came for the anniversary celebration. The rainstorms did not stop the live music; vendors moved onto the covered porch. Our party of 10 had a late lunch in the restaurant. The Knapp burger was delicious. Bought bottles of my new favorite red blend, Profondo Rosso. The landscaping and flowers on the grounds are gorgeous.
Fantastic service and wine. We really enjoyed chatting with our server during the tasting. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. We will absolutely need to come back
and try the restaurant. The flight of 6 pours is worth the price. Great selection of dry whites and reds. I recommend the steel cast chardonnay and siegerrebe both are amazing. As someone who normally hates chardonnay my mind was blown.
