Albert's Pizza is awesome! It's hard to stop eating it when you start. Not traditional pizza but just as good and unique. Haven't had any imposters taste anywhere near as good. We were told that there were new owners. If so the new owners are spot on with flavor, customer service and cleanliness! If you haven't tried Alberts, you are missing out.

Grandma style is my favorite style of pizza. So I was pretty excited to see this place had three different kinds available for to-go slices. And they were amazing. Great sauce! Great texture. Great.

I have been a customer of Alberts for over 30 years. Across a few of their restaurants. Unfortunately, they have new owners now. I ordered an upside pie and a few other things. Including two desserts. Zeppollis and rainbow cake. Unfortunately, they were out of both and just decided to send me some plain cheesecake. I ordered on the slice app. It was late and I chatted on the app to get a refund or something the next day. The app called the store and they instantly denied it. Nowhere on the app does it even mention substitutions. I don't understand why they wouldn't have just called me first to ask. Instead of just sending me whatever they wanted. Maybe it was old cheesecake? I don't know. How did they know there wasn't an allergy issue. Anyway, I find this completely unacceptable. Now, was this the worst infraction? No. But, when you spend hard earned money and then when you complain about it. I think you should do better than just saying tough. Because, the non refund was worse to me, than just sending a substitution without asking. So, after 30 plus years, I have had my last slice of Alberts pizza. Which is really unfortunate. Also, I'm not going to use an app with no liability for what happens. Next time, I can order a whole pie and get a soup. Who knows? So, again, it's more of the not admitting the mistake and then not rectifying it. You would think new owners would really be trying to retain the old loyal customers. Anyways, the food was pretty good. Not the same, as it was with the prior owners. But, it's close. I hope they see this and change the way they operate with this situation.

Been coming here for years when I get the chance. Best upside down pizza anywhere but today I had to take the time to recognize the young man that helped me there. It means a lot to some of us when we feel appreciated as a customer. Great attitude, friendly and BEST pie!!!! Best wishes to this establishment.
