Worst me cárcel on the island. Owners don’t know how to run the place. Foolishly ordered a cake when they can’t even get Sunday orders correct. No cake- and instead of apology- was accused of ‘ordering from the wrong store’. I guess I forgot what store I walked into and paid.

Every time I go into this shop, they find a way to charge me more than their posted prices. We stopped going there in the past due to same issue, but I thought I would give them another try. Nope. Same result. Got charged 50 cents extra on a child size cup for it being a "limited time flavor." The upcharge wasn't listed on any if the advertising. Buyer beware. Done with this place!

First time there ,last time there 9.75 for a large shake that was in a medium size cup .i asked for a Vanilla shake with peanut butter syrup. I never tasted the peanut butter ..waaaay high prices and didnt get what i asked for ..there were signs of brown/ peanut butter in the cup . I noticed when i took the lid off but still never tasted it..carvel in centereach has large cups and put peanut butter in it so you can taste it ..very generous ammount

I ordered an ice cream shake It had no flavor it was all ice my girlfriend ordered a hot fudge sundae no fudge ice cream was very bland seems like they're cutting back to save money will never go again

This was one of those sweet tooth days. I absolutely love Carvel Ice Cream. It is worth making a stop in and getting your favorite dish.

Ice cream melts to fast. Only live 5 mins away and by the time I get home its soupy, rather take the drive to ronkonkoma Avenue Carvel which is 12 mins away and isn't soupy by the time I get home .

I ordered the largest cake with a picture on it totaling to 65$ I picked the cake up 1 hour before the party and when I got there, my daughters name was spelt wrong! They tried to fix it and it looked horrible and they still charged me full price!!
