Bought lobster claws Soggy. And was green, didn’t know if it Was moldy or pistachio. But will never go back St. Joseph pastry. Dry, cannoli filling dry. Cookie and cream cheesecake Horrible

Definitely a Long Island thing! I’m not sure places like this would thrive where we live now down in Florida. Brings back memories, but… I don’t know. Does everyone make bagels different these days? Seemed more like the consistency of a roll on the inside. This is the second place I tried in this area and same thing. The linzer tart was acceptable. Not a stiff enough or dense enough cookie in my opinion. Other than that, great!

After this incident, they really took ownership The owner/manager personally called me and corrected the mistake and was very courteous. Even offered to make me another cake for free. I will be going back again to the store and recommend it to other people as well.
I had ordered a cake from this bakery and needed a gluten free item as well on the side . When I called to order they had confirmed that they always have gluten free cookies available, but when I got there this morning, I was told they were out . Also the person who packed the cake, just closed the box with a tiniest pieces of tape, no string etc. even though I had seen her pack another lady boxes with tones of string . Needless to say by the time I got to my place, the box was all open making it difficult to carry. When asked for a bag, I was told the box is not going to fit in any of the bags. There was absolutely zero effort for a good customer service. Never ordering anything from them again.

Wow! They made the cake I ordered taste better than I could have imagined!!! We needed a pink colored cake made with out food dye.. they were the only bakers who knew what to do!! On my way there for more goodies right now, can't wait.
They had the struffoli i was searching for! Counterlady was an absolute doll!
