I travel through MacArthur often. This location is consistently understaffed…..or they don’t understand how to prioritize. Today it took standing in line for 25 minutes to get a black coffee. When I got on line there were about 8 customers ahead of me. This is the last time I use this location.

24 hours. not really they are not an easy stop in for coffee type place they are located in the restricted ticket holders section so after driving there after reading the reviews I didn't find a 24 hr easy access Dunkin I found squat with no help and just a little stand the pictures are fakes of another location they don't have donuts they for sure are not corporate don't go it's not worth the trip, and I will follow up with corporate with my exp. don't bother going.

Terrible coffee . Go to your usual spot or make it at home before you fly . They are understaffed and don’t make an effort to move the line . You’re going to wait and be disappointed and over pay. Enjoy !

Inside Islip airport, this location does NOT have any lemon, fresh or condiment size, for Iced Tea or hot tea. So I ordered a bottled lemonade to use with my tea purchase. Server had no sympathy, really didn't care at all. Tuesday 4/9/24 at noon. :-(

I ordered a sandwich and it was disgusting. It was cold when it was given it to me. I mean cold like it just came out of the fridge.
This is a Dunkin Donuts Kiosk located inside the Long Island Macarthur Airport. They offer a pretty large selections of items as most locations. They don't use the app so you have to pay cash or credit card. Lines can get long sometimes.

I went over to get a cup of tea. How disappointing to see 3 staff members behind the counter watching their phones. One was drinking a cup of water right behind the counter. Also disappointed to see there was no where clean to rest my cup so that I could sweeten it. If you’re gonna just chill at work, at least make sure customers have a clean space to enjoy their purchase.
