It takes forever to grt your order. The staff is rude and makes you wait even though there are four people doing nothing. You ask to use the bathroom and are always told someone is in there. They say this every single time you come here. Id rather go to another dunkin that doesnt have these issues

Got my iced coffee but it tasted like iced tea with sugar and caramel. Really bad drink but i went back and asked if they could remake it, and i got a new drink that was way better ! Overall not too bad

The staff here is truly wonderful🥰, consistently friendly and kind. I visit almost every morning. My only concern pertains to the restroom 🚻🚺 facilities. They do not appear to be as clean 🫧 as the rest of the establishment. On each occasion I have used the restroom, I have noticed flies 🦟, and the toilet paper 🧻 is rarely in the dispenser, often resting on the metal handle instead. There was even one instance where I found the toilet paper 🧻 on the floor 😩.
I would greatly appreciate 🙏 it if the toilet paper 🧻 could be placed in the dispenser. Finding it on the floor and then having to use it is quite unhygienic 🦠. If this particular issue could be addressed, I believe this Dunkin' Donuts would be absolutely fantastic.

This is a update, new owners are terrible. Food is always burnt, coffee is always wrong. I was also denied service because I was asking for a beverage with five shots of espresso in it when I was willing to pay the extra cost for how much espresso was.. I had asked the employee if he was just not serving me and he said yeah because he thought my drink was disgusting. It is not the place of this coffee. You tell me if I can have five shots of espresso in a drink. Do better bring back the old owner Bernard.

But it is the closest one to my house, and there are occasions where I come here instead of going out of my way to the location that I love. I can confidently say that every single coffee I have ever ordered from this location is incorrect. And I know it’s not the way I say it, because my other Dunkin gets it correct every time. I say good morning to the people at the window, and they never respond back.

This Dunkin Donut make it very soft and delicious just like the one from Commack and I like it like that because the other Dunkin Donut from Brentwood and Suffolk they always make it so hard and kinda Burnt…
Like no offense to those but at this point since I have swallow issues I’m going to this Dunkin Donut and the one from Commack from now on 😭

Went here last night with my bf and got apple pies, went to eat one today and found flies stuck in the apple filling. I been here multiple times and have noticed the files all over with no attempt to get them gone. This was a final straw.

They do not post their correct hours on the door or on this site. They say they are open until 10pm but they close at 9:30pm.
Terrible terrible do not go to this location, they will burn your food and ruin your breakfast, please go to another location, i spent 20$ to get hashbrowns and bacon, and some ice coffee, they did not add nearly enough syrup, i asked for a mocha frappe instead i receive a plain ice coffee. if you do not know how to heat up some food in a oven you should not be qualified to serve people. CHECK THE REVIEWS.

Very rude, no smile, no reply to anything, no "your total is", just so rude, and they clearly prioritize drive through traffic as I went in, was the only person there, but still had to wait. I ordered a latte and got a hot chocolate, i guess it was too much effort
