Terrible terrible do not go to this location, they will burn your food and ruin your breakfast, please go to another location, i spent 20$ to get hashbrowns and bacon, and some ice coffee, they did not add nearly enough syrup, i asked for a mocha frappe instead i receive a plain ice coffee. if you do not know how to heat up some food in a oven you should not be qualified to serve people. CHECK THE REVIEWS.

Very rude, no smile, no reply to anything, no "your total is", just so rude, and they clearly prioritize drive through traffic as I went in, was the only person there, but still had to wait. I ordered a latte and got a hot chocolate, i guess it was too much effort

I went in and also used drive thru, never did the online ordering. Staff is nice, can be a little rough making a left into dunkin while traveling east on portion rd.

Y'all need to do something about the drive through taking up the right lane on portion road. Someone is going to get killed there.
If someone's order is going to take more than 2 minutes to pay for and get at the window you need to move the car somewhere else and bring out the food to move the line off of portion road.

There is a serious lack of training among staff. They constantly mess up orders. Today I ordered the new Dunkalatte. Pull up to the window, the woman confirmed it was a macchiato. When I told her I ordered a Dunkalatte, she replied it was and handed me the drink. The label said macchiato, I figured it was just the system not having a label for the new drink. Got home, it tastes like a macchiato. It's my fault for assuming, but even if English isn't your first language, how do you mix up 'Dunkalatte' with 'Macchiato'?! I don't blame the individual workers, (and I sympathize that having to work in English as a second language is hard and sucks) but the absolute abysmal management and training.
Drive thru is difficult to navigate-you have to make a super tight turn to get to the menu board. (to be clear, I'm not driving a giant truck or SUV, it's a standard sedan) I don't know how the town approved this, there really shouldn't be a drive thru at this location.

My favorite Dunkin!!! They always get my food and drink order correct & the service is quick!The only issue I have is the drive thru entrance. It causes major traffic issues and then once the entrance is blocked with care for the drive thru there’s no other way to enter the parking lot so you can go in and order. If they could somehow fix that this would be the perfect location
