This is my first one star review on Google. This was a waste of $11. I ordered two signature white chocolate lattes. One had no taste, the other they made ice after I changed my drink order to get a hot latte and when I mentioned that they were obviously annoyed which I understand. However, the replacement drink they gave me was half full and I don’t think was made with an alternative milk. If you need coffee before the train I can’t recommend coming here because I just wasted my own money for bad coffee and pretty poor service

The food is good, the only complaint I have is the timing making the food needs to be better managed. Ordered food 10-15 before the 5:31 train and got the food 1 minute before the train left. Not only did it take a long time, half of our order wasn't even bagged up so I only got half of what I paid for.

They like to lock public bathrooms & say it’s for employees only. Paying customers are not allowed to use restrooms for some bizarre reason.

Asked for green tea got regular black tea, ask for creamer in coffee got milk, service person rushed order trying to ring up when we were deciding on a second food item. Our regular guy wasn’t there who is great but the server Rahaj was seriously lacking in customer service,

It is a bit bias n it doesn't warm to strangers how a public place 😧😔😔 like that go figure but the prices are reasonable so hold ya head up high and get ur Dunkin on

I just purchased munchkins and 2 coffees after arriving at ronkonkoma train station and while waiting for my ride. When I ate one it was obviously stale and I asked the girl if she had any fresh ones. She apologized and said they get delivered in the morning. She could give me credit and I could get a donut that was also delivered in the morning. What she should have done was give me my money back if all you have are old donuts. Such a disappointment.

So I just traveled from Manhattan to Ronkonkoma to see family for the holidays. I walked into the Dunkin doughnuts and patiently waited my turn and asked for a French cruellla warm. The guy in charge told me that they can't do warm. That's just crazy to me because I always get it warm. He was rude and for some reason he felt entitled to tell me no. Simple and plain, plain and simple. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would!

I ordered an iced macchiato and asked 3 times for sugar free vanilla when ordering. As I ordered, the guy taking my order was telling the other worker what I wanted when I noticed he just said vanilla pump I said, “please make sure sugar free.” I had to have said sugar free atleast 3 times. So after I pay and he gives me my receipt, I go back on line and tell him that he put in regular vanilla syrup and not sugar free. He gets salty and goes to the other worker and says “now he wants sugar free vanilla.” To which i said, “No, it’s not that NOW I wanted it, I asked for it 3 times and you weren’t paying attention to me.” The second worker took a long pause and just looked at me and then remade the drink after making me extremely uncomfortable. I apologized and said I’m sorry to ask for them to remake it, but I literally said 3 times what I wanted. Horrible experience.
