Like a meal service but no ice packs & boxes to get rid of. The food is fine for what it is. They usually have something that I like. Clean & staff is friendly.

I discovered healthy meals direct on a whim as they opened a location near me and I’ve been on a health journey for the last two years and dying for more options local. I was super excited about the grab and go as I work a hectic schedule and never have time to meal prep. I’m a bariatric patient so I love having the calories set out for me. Over the last two years I’ve lost 180lbs and this gives me a great guide to help stay on track with my diet and maintain my weight. My reasoning for 4 stars falls only due to buying a couple grab and go frozen overnight oats. Upon returning home, I noted a couple, especially the peanutbutter and jelly already had freezer burn. Not sure if it’s a packing issues, or what happened as it wasn’t past the best by date. I didn’t get the chance to call them or go in and give them it to try and return due to a busy schedule so I just defrosted it and ate it anyway, taste was only slightly effected so it wasn’t the biggest deal considering they were BOGO anyway. Overall this place has been a shinning light for me and my health journey so far, I even got my boyfriend to stop in and pick some up for work every day! Thankyou HMD for making it so easy to make the right food choices!

I recommend the chicken tortellini, the cilantro chicken and both the PB&J and Almond Joy overnight oats. If you happen to stop in while Tiffany is working, you're in for a great conversation while also getting great recommendations on food, TV, everything!! She's amazing! Great place good food all portioned out very helpful counterperson… only reasons im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because i went in for the healthy meals and alot of stuff had white rice or fried chicken in it which for someone like me with a mildy high cholesterol was a little disappointing… i feel they should use more brown rice and baked/grilled chicken…although i did leave with 4 very delicious meals ( salmon with green beans/white rice, BAKED chicken nuggets and curly fries , teriyaki with jasmine rice ,and grilled chicken with brown rice) all of which were phenomenal… a little pricey considering the small portion size but when u take into account that they go thru the trouble of cooking and preparing it definitely worth it with a limited budget

I stopped by the new/relocated HMD location in West Babylon the other day to restock on some favorites. The food is always consistent and delicious. Tiffany (manager) and Jasmine were so friendly and helpful. We chatted about some preferred meals and ways to optimize use of the food in your life/meal planning. They also shared about some deals going on in the frozen section. Highly Recommend and go here weekly!!
Awesome place to grab lunch during my work week. Always a great selection of meals to grab and go at a reasonable price. I am always able to grab something that fills me up and satisfied to continue to day without feeling stuffed and slow after.

This is so much better than ordering out, and if you buy meals in bulk it’s cheaper. It’s super convenient and everything tastes pretty good. The Babylon location is super nice on the inside and always has a ton of options.

Got the buffalo chicken meatballs with string beans today, as pictured. They were excellent. I usually go for the eggplant meatball cheat meal, I also get the chicken meatballs and the sausage and peppers. Today I got the pork chops. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is second to none the girl Kiki It’s always so helpful and super polite. Makes my day seeing her.
