I discovered healthy meals direct on a whim as they opened a location near me and I’ve been on a health journey for the last two years and dying for more options local. I was super excited about the grab and go as I work a hectic schedule and never have time to meal prep. I’m a bariatric patient so I love having the calories set out for me. Traveling a lot can pack on the lbs QUICK, so I'm very glad I found this gem last week. To say the food AND SERVICE were unmatched, is an understatement. I recommend the chicken tortellini, the cilantro chicken and both the PB&J and Almond Joy overnight oats. If you happen to stop in while Tiffany is working, you're in for a great conversation while also getting great recommendations on food, TV, everything!! She's amazing!
