So bad! I love ihop but this location is terrible! I went with my boyfriend for brunch and the service was nonexistent. First, we didn’t get any silverware OR napkins. My boyfriend went behind the kiosk to get napkins for us. Then when the food came out I take a bite out of my Cali Melt and all I tasted was burnt. I get tomatoes are supposed to be a little charred but this was excessive. Not just my food but my boyfriends’ as well. He ordered a burger and there was a piece of chicken in it. This makes me wonder about cross contamination. Absolutely horrible. Not going back.

I hadn't been to an IHOP in over a decade and never one back home on Long Island. I went with my eldest son to this one at his request (his first time at this location, too) and had a clean restaurant, friendly staff and excellent breakfast food. Definitely a pleasant experience - and funny thing... Even the to go container for the food I couldn't finish was top shelf! Honestly, it was better than a container I got from a $500 per person meal at a steak house!
I'll go back there again when I visit. Well done, IHOP!

Attempted to place takeout order through their website but was unable to proceed because it kept showing me my contact information was incorrect. Everything was fine, but still unsuccessful.
Called store several times to place pickup order but no one answered.
Frustrated, drove to store - which only had about 4 customers - and ordered my breakfast. Asked clerk if phones were working but she seemed confused about my question.
As I placed order, called again - and lo and behold - phone was ringing and no one picked up.
I’m a generous tipster but not this time. Zilch, nada, zero.

I recently visited IHOP for Breakfast at 11:26 AM and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with one of the waitresses (JE…….). She was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. She didn’t know how to communicate respectfully with guests and made the dining experience uncomfortable. Good service is a key part of any restaurant visit, and this interaction fell far below expectations. I hope the management provides better training to ensure more professional and courteous service in the future.

Usually always have a great experience until I was basically called out by one of the older male waiters on my tip not being good enough apparently. Now I’m not one to take good service for granted, but I have 3 kids one income and we struggle. So to be called out like that was very offensive especially since I try to do the best I can with what I can.

My family loves IHOP. We have been coming here for many years. Always a great experience and the food is good. Only issue with this location is sometimes the food does not come out hot. Lukewarm is the best description. Other than that great place and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Come in and enjoy
IHOP food is very good in general. Presentation is nice, but the service is Excellent! TY Dave for making my daughter's experience pleasurable. The manager came by and was attentive and courteous. Going out is getting expensive, but spending the extra and getting a positive atmosphere is worth it.
