I was really excited to try this bagel deli, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The bagels were hard and dry, not at all fresh like you’d expect. The toppings were lackluster, with barely any cream cheese and the toppings I requested were wrong. The service was also disappointing – the staff seemed disinterested and a bit rude. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Really bad service!!! Dont waste your time

DoorDash brought the wrong food and they said the woman at the deli said the bag I got was for me. I called the deli and they picked up the phone and hung up. I called back to let them know DoorDash blamed it on them. The woman was honest and said the receipt that was taped on fell off the bag. The manager should have opened the bag and made sure her assumption was correct. My Oder was for a sandwich and a large container of potato salad, the order I received was a sandwich on a roll. They should have easily been able to feel the weight of the bad did not match up. Change your system. You stapled the bag closed but used tape to secure the receipt to the bag and it fell off.

I honestly love the food there they always make everything fresh they always have fresh bacon. amazing Hispanic food that she makes on a daily. Amazing service and always have fresh coffee. Also, they have this new expresso maker they make ice coffees and lattes also hot. taste amazing. Last time I went I had the Oreo explosion Frappuccino and My sister had the ya making me crazy mocha latte. PLEASE GOOOO AND TRY THEM ITS HONESTLY FAMILY-OWNED SPOT WITH AMAZING FOOOD !!!!!!YOU WOULD BE CRAZY NOT TO TRY IT

Hours on Google say Deli closes at 4pm. We arrived at 2:30pm to lights off and a girl mopping. I asked her if she was open and she said they were closed. I told her online it says 4pm and she said they close at 3pm now. It's 2:30 why are they closed? This needs to be fixed immediately. Don't know if I'll make another trip there considering deli was suppose to be open. Call ahead instead of wasting your time as I did.

Horrible experience. Ordered two heroes. 37 dollars later.. sandwichs had NO MEAT, ORDER WAS WRONG! WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR ORDER! BROGHT FOOD BACK SND DEMANDED MONEY BACK!! luckily they did. Joke! Rip offs! Be careful.
