Very busy shop but I’m disappointed with my order. The bagels weren’t soft or chewy like a proper bagel should be — they were big, airy, and lacked that authentic boiled texture and flavor. They also advertise giving you an extra bagel when you buy a dozen, but I didn’t receive it!

Worst customer service ever!!! I’d rather go hungry than step food in this rude place again. They will let people cut you in line, they will charge you way too much, they will make you wait a long time and not greet you nicely, and they won't let you switch out home fries even though most 4 years olds don't eat them. But they were sure to let me know I can buy them lol disgraceful customer service

In incredibly rude workers behind the counter. Went to get an egg everything bagel. First, I was ignored for the first few minutes I was in the store and then when someone greeted me, I said can I please have an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and some random woman behind the counter yelled we don’t have any left. So I then pointed out the egg everything bagels that were at the counter and the other woman said no we don’t have any so then the girl who was helping me, picked up the bagel with her bare hands and showed it to the other worker, and she said OK we do have some. So then I said OK I would like an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, but not the one that you just picked up with your bare hands. To which the girl made a face and laughed at me, and then her and the other female started talking Spanish in front of me And it was one of those scenarios where you could tell they were talking about me. So I looked at them and I said never mind. I will not have someone speak bad about me in another language in front of me. It’s very rude, and I left the store and as I was leaving, they were yelling at me byeeee Have a great day really condescendingly. Unacceptable all around.

Called in an order they said 15 mins ended up being 30 mins with my food sitting on a shelf when it clearly states ring door bell for pick up and no one came then I said I’m picking up Alex and they couldn’t find it because they put it next to the door dash area where it was sitting in the cold I was in your parking lot when I made the call you said 15 mins it was a 30-40 min wait for cold food and I got disrespectful attitudes and they said feel it it’s still hot lmfao to them it’s hot cause your not the one eating it. lol stores packed out. It’s good food but what happens to the manners I go there all the time with my grandma and now it just was a terrible experience some short haired girl who wears a hat backwards really professional learn some customer service
