i’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. i come here all the time and today i was CHARGED for extra cream cheese and this is what i received. absolutely unacceptable, there’s days i don’t ask for any extra and have my bagel DRIPPING with cream cheese. can we have some consistency please.
We used to go here all the time when it was strathmore bagels. I've come here a few times over the years. At every time it gets worse. I ordered a bagel the 2 eggs and cheese and crispy bacon. At home fries. The sandwich came out, but they didn't bring out the whole fries. That's why I waited for the home fries as the sandwich got cold when I eat the sandwich. It was on a bagel that was rubbery. The eggs were cold and dried out. And the bacon was rubbery, not crisp. I will never come back again, not worth
