An oldie but a goodie! This place is consistently a great place to stop, rest, get a good meal, and a clean restroom. I truly appreciate the speed that they serve their customers- as they know many are traveling along the southern routes of New York and northern routes of Pennsylvania. Thank you, Roscoe Diner!
The Roscoe Diner appears to be headed for hard times. We dine here now and then when passing through. Most times we have been pleased with our experience - a large selection of decent diner food at reasonable prices. This last visit was different. The host chatted with others seated to the side for a good 10 minutes before even acknowledging us and two other parties waiting to be seated. Wait staff in the same area were looking at their phones and chatting among themselves. When...
