Great place but they need more staffing, they only had 2 girls on staff. The line was out the door and took forever to get to place an order.

An oldie but a goodie! This place is consistently a great place to stop, rest, get a good meal, and a clean restroom. I truly appreciate the speed that they serve their customers- as they know many are traveling along the southern routes of New York and northern routes of Pennsylvania. Thank you, Roscoe Diner!

It's a Samoa -yep like the girl scout cookie.
Vanilla ice cream graham crackers crumbs drizzle with carmel and hot fudge with toasted coconut...a little too much toasted coconut,I took some out but still DELICIOUS
Girls at the counter are courteous and friendly .
