Wait time through the drive-thru was extremely ridiculous! The whole entire order of food was cold. Waffle fries very salty and soggy. Handed me the bags with missing items and no drinks. A female worker had the audacity to have an attitude. Spent almost $70 for poor quality in service and food! It's an absolute SHAME! I'll take my business elsewhere ?

⚠️ warning ⚠️This location needs to be shut down by the health department.I've been there twice this week, and something is terribly wrong with their food.I've been in pain ever since eating the food there.They have open beverage containers lying around. My lemonade, poured from an open container on a table, something was terribly wrong with the taste.This morning, im still in pain, and I can't stress enough to avoid this location.

It's taking too long to receive food items at this restaurant. Most of the time, it takes 30 minutes to get food. To avoid waiting, it's better to order in advance. However, even when you order in advance, the wait time can still be quite long. Sometimes, it feels like the staff members forget you are even there when you're waiting for food. There needs to be a better management plan in place to help fix these problems both inside and outside the store.When you order in advance, it's not recommended to go through the drive-thru to pick up the order. There are side-by-side drive-thru lanes, but they should be labeled to indicate which lane is for online orders. If an order isn't read within 2 minutes, you'll be asked to wait in the parking area, and two people should work with you to ensure the wait time doesn't exceed 30 minutes and your order isn't forgotten.Another issue is that the food quality seems to be declining, and they appear to be finding ways to cut costs. Customers come to this restaurant for a reason, and it's essential to maintain the quality of the food and service.Lastly, make sure the fruits are fresh. The restaurant needs to be reviewed every month until it improves. It may be worth considering opening another location to serve customers better.

Ordered from app before arriving and yet still had to wait over 30mins for my pick up order. I am the only non meat eater in my house so after my son's game this was their choice which was close but then they were getting impatient from the car as to how long it took to get the food.Vegetarian options: Not very many options and the one thing I normally order, the kale salad is very small portioned.

This has to be the worst chick fil a ever.Workers are ghetto and unproductive ignoring customers. I left without my drinks because the store was crowded and the staff wasn’t handing out drinks. Zoo. Would never come back here.

This chick fila location is by far the worst i have EVER been too. Constantly understaffed and if it is staffed, they are always talking amongst each other instead of distributing orders. There is always a long wait, food always looks like it was old or sitting for some time. The manager has a sarcastic attitude and at times rude—Same goes for some of the other staff members. Lastly, in regards to my food preference, i always enjoyed chick fila cheese sauce especially given that alot of other locations across the country dont have it and this location stop selling it all because I was told it was highly demanded and if they ran out, some customers would quit there entire order—i would think that if it was highly demanded , they would provide it more (order plenty of it to sell) to satisfy customers, rather then lose them . HORRIBLE location and will not ever be returning back which is such a pity given that it was close to my home.
