Came gor pick up and the employees can't be any more rude and unprofessional. I explained that I am working for uber and picking up an order. I requested to use the restroom and the counter is saying that is not public. The law in nyc says that you must provide for restroom to couriers. This is a trend now to say this to us. And learn customer service. This is not legal!! I'm going to report the store to the city. Is the girl with the hijab super rude. Raise her voice and everything. B please I'm not your employee.

Went here at the last minute to buy coffee for a group event. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and extremely helpful.
After a short while, we were on our way to the event with a complete 'coffee bar'. The young lady did a great job preparing and packaging everything per our request. She had a positive, winning attitude. We're really glad we relied on this Dunkin' to supply hot beverages for our event!

Went in to order and immediately left as one of the folks behind counter sneezed openly barely covering up. Thought she would then wash her hands but she immediately grabbed a cub to prepare someone’s drink and then a bagel. I just walked out. Disgusting.

Very unhappy with the service I received at this location. Cashier refused to acknowledge my order because I asked for white mocha and not white chocolate syrup in my drink. Coffee not made with care and drinks weren’t made properly. When I asked to fix them issue I was met with attitude. And I love Dunkin but this location was not it for me.
