I don't eat Dunkin donuts myself but my wife and kids like it and we stopped at this particular location in Rosedale and the ladies this morning were very sweet and pleasant,it was quite refreshing .

I recently visited Drunken Donuts and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed to be in a rush and ended up losing my order. When I asked them about it, they mumbled their responses. However, the drinks were as great as usual, so that was a positive aspect of the visit. Overall, I would say that the staff at Drunken Donuts could use some improvement in their customer service skills, but the quality of the drinks is still worth trying out.

This Dunkin Donuts presented the worst customer service I've ever experienced today (11/2/2022) between the hours of 8:14am-9:00amI placed a mobile order today in the amount of $64.63-Order Number #504 at 8:12am. The order consisted of (2) Dozen Donuts, (1) Box O Joe Coffee, (1) Medium Ice Coffee and (1) Croissant with butter.When I entered the Dunkin Donuts had (4) Customers on the line and (6) customers waiting to pick up mobile orders.The male manager was taking orders and the females were both preparing mobile orders.The customer service was VERY Poor as customers waited to receive their orders which were improperly prepared as the line continued to build.The females which preparing the food were unable to handle the number of online orders as well as the customers walking in off the streets. Customers became very upset as one customer started speaking to one of the female employees very inappropriately because his daughter had allergies and she didn't change her gloves before preparing his daughter's sandwich.When I received my order at 9:00am it was incomplete as I received only (1) Box of donuts and the croissant was not provided as well. I had to take this as a loss and walk out due to the time. I will not return to or offer any business to this DD EVER Again.

I came to this location and purchased a coffee and needed to use the bathroom quick. But I was formed that I could not use the bathroom. I think that is not appropriate to tell a customer especially of they are staying awhile to finish their coffee and snack. In addition, should I sit on the floor as there are no chairs but they have tables ?

Disappointed in how much this place has changed. Service used to be more professional. Atmosphere used to be clean.Batista arguing with customer about why too much milk in coffee. Service with a smile gone. Using the same gloves to prep food and touch counter open n close drawers. Not very cleanly. When I mention to the young man he just shrugged it off. I hope they get better soon.
