Refused to let my sick mother use the restroom. Slammed the door in her face while she was attempting to use the restroom. Their food could be amazing and I would NEVER eat there. 0/10

Food is fine. They have no public restroom usage even with purchase, even if it's an emergency the manager will take their time opening the door for you. Another employee had to do it for me (props to him for acting like a decent human being) also you're only allowed to sit for 20 minutes. Stay away.

I don't go into Dunkin Dounuts for food hardly ever. I do love the Blueberry Glazed Donut though. I go for coffee. Iced coffee is good and midnight if you like dark roast. Service is good. People working there are nice. Recommend.

Poor service due to not enough staff and not trained.
I decided to treat myself to a cappuccino, upon entering I saw a sign that said order a coffee and get a sandwich for $3.After ordering I noticed the sandwich was $5.49 more than the coffee... The manager stated that due to it being a specialty coffee and not a regular that it wasn't subjected to the offer... I said it should state this in the adversement, however accepted his response.The sandwich I requested was supposed to be without sausage, as I was about to walk out I smelled meat in the bag and checked, the sandwich had meat on it, took back to the manager and at first he tried to remove the pork and hand it back.. after refusing I he made a new sandwich.... However the whole time he was sneezing over the napkins and counter but thank God not directly on my food... I hope he washed and cleaned all surfaces after however I won't be going back to this location.
