Halal Bros Grill Rosedale

The place is ok. We placed a big order and the food was ok. Some of the grill chicken was actually over cooked and a bit burnt. The portions are ok. The place is not set up for dinning in as there are no settings or tables. You have to order out. The good part is that they have a dedicated parking area on the side of the store which is a bless in this area. Overall, compared to other similar fast food places this is just on the ok not the great side. The staff consists of friendly young adults or teenagers.

Excellent always Food is always Fresh and On point. Been going here for years never had an issue everything has always been A+. I do have to say Please Get Nisa some help. I felt bad for her she was doing front counter getting orders prepared taking care of delivery orders. She was doing the work of 3 people.

THAT JAMAICAN WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE, NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF . I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG FOOD AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE IT . THE STAFF TREAT YOU LIKE YOU’RE NOT SPENDING YOUR MONEY AND WANT TO SPEAK DOWN TO YOU LIKE YOUR’RE BEGGING FOR THE FOOD .

Disappointed in the quality of food I received via Uber Eats Delivery on 11/13/25. The chicken gyros were put on a Pita Bread and there was so much sauce it had soaked through the foil wrapping making them not edible. I requested all sources to be put to the side, not on the food. The fries tasted like they had been reheated. The chicken over rice had all the sauces on them, the white, the barbecue and the jerk. No utensils, no napkins, just everything soaking wet. If I had proper transportation that night I would have brought all the food back but because I was traveling from out of state I was unable to do that. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations at all and I ordered over $50 worth of food. You can do better. All of my requests were ignored. They didn't even give me ketchup.

I went to the Rosedale location of Halal Bros. The food was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind to me. I placed my order with Idris, he was very kind. I will definitely be returning to this location again!

Very disappointed! The lady on counter was so unprofessional and rude. I have been going here for years back when I used to work at JFK. I asked for a simple chicken over rice and whether they can put PITA bread and fries with. ofc I am paying for it but she was so freakin rude about it. Will tell all my colleagues.

Horrible service. They cut the grill off when they had an hour left to be open. Food is good.

Recommended dishes: Jerk Chicken

This place used to really hit the spot first few years they opened up. Recent years it’s really not that tasty. Platters are not up to the same standards, the jerk chicken don’t even taste as good anymore. Sad to see the food go downhill.
