This place is a hit and miss. I only order from her Monday -Thursday because that's the only time they'll get my phone order correct as well as giving me food to match the prices. During the week when I order oxtails with rice and peas order is correct and I actually get pieces of oxtails and not just gravy and bones. Friday to Sunday count on receiving only gravy and bones with your order. Their brown stew snapper is really really good. I keep going back because the of those two items.

I've been to Henrica's many times over the years and I always enjoy myself! My family had my college graduation dinner here in 2019 before I got on Yelp. But I was here recently with my mom and niece and had to do a review. My mom loves this place. The food never disappoints. The staff is always nice and there's a live DJ sometimes. This night I had the curry shrimp, and carrot juice and I LOVE me some carrot juice. I was not disappointed. My mom tore her cowfoot up! We'll keep coming back to Henricas.

I was at this restaurant on Saturday, March 23th for my nephew’s dedication, however, the black Jamaican lady was horrible, she came taking the food from our table and we weren’t finished eating, then she said to me “I thought that was your real hair, this is not something that you say to your customers. I asked for hand wipes and she responded “just wash your hands in the bathroom. I hope that the restaurant hires better employees with better attitudes.

Jeanette and her staff made everything so easy, from decorating, to the set-up, just wonderful. All our guests loved the food. This birthday party for my mom was special, and she enjoyed every moment. Thanks guys.
Was invited by a family member to this spot for drinks and appetizers. Easy to get to. It is close to Belt Parkway. LIRR Is also a short walk from this place. There is street parking as well as meter parking. It was a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't crowded. But the pepper shrimp were delicious. They did leave our fingers red, but they were flavorful and not too spicy. The wings were deliciously crispy and saucy. The jerk chicken was tender and juicy. The dipping sauce was yummy! The service from Tanisia was great. She was pleasant and not overseen. Her timing was perfect! I would definitely return. I heard they do a buffet and music on certain nights. Hopefully I can attend

Don't nickel and dime me on sauce. Especially if I have a take out order. I get home to find out I don't have enough sauce for my shrimp egg Foo young. When I call learn I had to order additional sauce for 1.00. If you need to raise the price in order to receive sufficient sauce, do so. Don't nickel and dime me. When I order to go, and get home, I need to have sufficient sauce in order to enjoy my meal.
