THIS IS NO LONGER A HOTEL. I walked in during the middle of the night after a long day of travel because my booking at another hotel was not honored. After asking, “do you have any rooms?” the gentleman responded “this has been a shelter for the past two years”. PLEASE GET THIS OFF OF GOOGLE ASAP, because when you’re rushing to find a cheap hotel and find the nearest one in maps it takes you HERE, which by the way, is ENTIRELY still covered in Holiday Inn Express branding. Woof.

Everything was excellent, from the rooms to the restaurants, to the pool. The cleanliness of the bedrooms are beyond word, great service and very caring staff. Simply the best!!

I made a reservation April 2021 for 1 night, August 19, and 8 days of parking. I made this directly with Holiday Inn. When I arrived August 19th they told me it's no longer a hotel but a men's homeless shelter. And it has been since December 2020, 4 months before I made the reservation!!!! When I got back from vacation I called Holiday Inn and they told me my reservation was canceled on August 8th by the hotel. I asked why I wasn't notified and they had no answer. I now have a case filed with the parent company IHG. According to IHG it is still a hotel but they are looking into it. The Holiday Inn on south conduit street is also a shelter as we went there the same day thinking they may honor our Reservation.

Good place to stay at the IHG property and the it's close to the JFK airport
Went looking somewhere for a quiet night so chose Holiday Inn, well because it was Holiday Inn. It definitely wasn't a pleasant experience because of all the doors slamming and people being loud. We had to leave at 1am to find somewhere else to stay. On another note, room was clean and front desk rep was very understanding of the situation.

One working lift for the whole hotel when we were there. Seriously? And slow lift too. To top it off the cleaning crew is often occupying it with their laundry carts in the morning .We almost missed the shuttle that morning as it took an hour to get the lift with all our luggage and that was 2 of us taking one bag each and down the stairs and the one of us waited for the lift with 3 more bags .So many ppl were waiting and some were late for work and we ended up chucking a laundry cart out and taking over the lift ! Won't stay there again.

The room was a little small but very clean. I had booked for 2 adults double beds but got 1 king bed and was told I would pay an upcharge for the change so I just took the king size room but I feel like he just didn't want to accommodate.

The location of the hotel is good and clean but the customer service is very bad, I tryed to contact the hotel before I arrived with email and I didn't get any reply, also there's no free amenities and it's the first hotel I stay that let you pay for the water, there's nothing free, I will stay in different hotel next time.
