I LOVEEEE this location! When me and my husband go, I feel so away from home. The Music sets the tone which is quiet, Relaxed, food is 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend! This location is WAYYY better than Springfield 🤢. (Sorry Rosedale.. I cheated on you with Springfield it was only one time I promise!) This ihop is My Go-To location!

What a scam of a place they have turned into. What ever you do ..please dont order from them online ESPECIALLY Uber Eats because they will cancel your order and sign the receipt to charge you and Keep the food for themselves....such a way of theft by trusting a long term franchise to do the right thing by there customer's and they dont..i will Never order a thing from that restaurant Ever again and will make sure anybody I know..knows how they steal your money and keep the purchase for themselves....the Rosedale location is the one to be very aware of....

Service was good.food arrived fast and hot. May problem came at the end. I was not that hungry, server suggested I order two for two. Two pancakes two sausage and two eggs. Coffee and juice. $ 28.00. I've could have paid a lot less next door at McDonald's.
