I ordered from this restaurant twice on Uber eats and both times the bags weren’t secured or seal so as to prevent possible tampering with the food. Other locations seal the bags. I’m one of those people who do not order from restaurants that doesn’t secure their bags and this is one of the restaurants I will only support in person.

They were extremely slow at this location. When I walked in, the line was almost out the door. There was one person at the register, and she would take an order, stop, and make said order before she took the next one. And they weren't even short staffed. There were more than enough people working tonight. It didn't make any sense whatsoever.

Automatically 1 star, First time in that store and last time as well.I understand that you guys want business but retention is a must.I ordered 5 pieces combo with mashed potatoes.I only got the chicken, I went back and asked where is the mash potatoes, sorry we didn't charged, really?Just to get out of that location, I placed a separate order of mashed.Got home.The wrong pieces of chicken and no bread.Nice...

Walked in and ordered they forgot to add one of my meal. Then the all the shrimp in a tackle box looks like this… never again! ?
I went in to order a family meal a this popyes location upon arrival I saw a server and a cashier, I politely greet them by saying hello, the server answered but the cashier did not answer so I repeated myself by say hello the second time she still didn't answer. , so I say to her hello miss I say hello to you twice and you did not answer . She looked at me and said I Don't Have To answer You !. I was so astonished I said to her you don't have no customer service , I then stepped out and spent my money elsewhere, where I would feel appreciated.
