I was in the neighborhood on the mall close by. I was really hungry so of course Jamaican food would do. Was a bit skeptical because it said Silver Krust on Google but the sign onsite says something else. Anyway, the woman serving looked very Jamaican (lol) and sounded very Jamaican with the ghetto flare attitude so I am like alright this food is good. Gotta be good (lol). I really wanted to soup but they had chicken soup with no corn. Anyways , I got curry goat, rice and peas, sweet chilly chicken, cabbage and plantain. Yum yum yum !! The food was so good! Even though the goat could have been a bit more tender, but it was still flavorful. I ate every bit of it! The food really hit the spot. I went back for patty but no patty. Not sure if it’s because it’s Sunday. Try this spot for authentic Jamaican flavor . No seating inside restaurant. Parking lot very dirty.

Food is good but price is constantly increasing and the portions are getting smaller. If you’re going to increase prices, the portions should remain the same. Just lost a customer! $10.80 very small portion, outrageous!

They couldn’t tell if patties were spicy or not. If you don’t think your food is worthy of even trying to see what it tastes like, isn’t that a loud message sent to the customer? Unfriendly; unprofessional, window glass vapor makes it impossible to see what food lies behind, sketchy looking spot overall. Patties were decent (a little dry aesthetically, the crust) but food overall didn’t look that appealing to begin with. Totally un-inviting, will not be back.

I ordered stew chicken with yams and fried dumplings, the chicken was awful and the dumplings were soaked with oil?
