Win Chinese Restaurant

Disappointed this round. Food usually delicious however tonight the wings and fried rice has a stale taste. Taste like food had been refrigerated for a long time. You can smell n taste the frig. Not FRESH!!

Flys in the restaurant. Person answering phone is very rude. Delivery man is extremely rude too. Was banging on my door like the FBI and gave me nasty looks and attitude. There way better Chinese food spots in the area that don’t treat you like that.

I'll say although I enjoy the food and it's always good. The lady who took my order over the phone was very nasty and rude. It upset me this is a business you don't treat people like that when they help keep you in business.

The lady taking the orders got a nasty attitude & she’s disrespectful, the food is not cooked properly, the food is also very bland, no taste whatsoever. I’d NEVER spend money here again

The restaurant was ridiculous with miscommunication and misunderstanding with orders and then the one who works at the place told me you can’t call back at this time and gave me attitude

The younger girl has at register a terrible way of speaking to customers and a very offputting attitude that made me not want to eat at the store anymore.

Food was basic. 5/10. Took 1 hour to be delivered & I live 6 minutes away. Lo mein and fried rice lacking salt, had to add all the sauces. One and done.

Food made my stomach cramp. Retired from the Army so I'm used to rough food, but definitely something going on there. And the daughter is extremely rude. It should be noted that the daughter/family is possibly racist although there could be something else going on. Ordered in person and the daughter had a very obvious and blatant grimace on her face. Walked off as I was ordering, then stopped and turned around with the same grimace. She then proceeded to sigh as if I was an annoyance. Similar instances of this happened on two separate occasions. Unless you want to be disrespected and possibly mildly poisoned I would avoid this place. I live a few blocks away and after those two incidents have never returned.
