I'm not sure what's happening here staff wise, but there's obviously an issue as this is the 2nd time I've gone & dined & service is at a snails pace. It took 30min to get our drink order, we complained. We went on wing night so decided that we will probably get that&apps in hoped that it will be served faster than the drinks, & we were right. The food is delicious, they have that going for them for sure, altho 1 of the apps was definitely forgotten...
Ordered three meals, burger deluxe, fried chicken and fries and calamari. The only downside was someone just didn’t pay attention when deep frying the calamari. Honest mistake . The waitress took it off the bill with no questions and apologized. The other meals were fabulous. They offered to give me an another serving of calamari but I was unfortunately pressed for time. Michelle at the bar is a stand out. Top notch customer service, she really makes you feel welcomed. Tremendous variety of beers is a big plus and full liquor service compliments the absolutely delicious menu. I will be back next Friday. Great job, Team.
