My wife and I ate there for the first time. Food was very good and plentiful. Service could have been a smidgen better. Waitress was nice and polite but should have checked at least once for drink refills. I tried to make reservations for my car club to come there on a given Sunday and time in May, about 10 of us, but was told they don't do that. I guess it's first come, first serve for seating. We want to eat together and would arrive about 1:30PM. I thought we could secure the back room, but no was the answer. It's ok. I understand. No hard feelings. If we were in that area again, we would eat there. We'll just look for another place in Rosendale. Best wishes to that facility.

Beautiful, and enjoyable ambience. Delicious food, great service! 10/10!!
10.80 for a small French onion soup is crazy especially with multiple bay leaf’s mixed in the onions.missed a opportunity to pick up a daily lunch customer. Lacked flavor of even the most basic French onion soups I’ve come across from diners. Upon posting this review the owner responded telling me wow great insight I should work for The NY Times. Obviously can’t comment on the absolute trash version of French onion or the 3 bay leafs a clear sign of lazy kitchen practice. He finds the need to comment in a smirky way to cover up his own failures, total Loser!

As much as I love this place I have to say that my last experience was not good. I ordered the meatloaf and I could not eat it. I've had it many times before but this was different. I think whoever made it might have accidentally doubled some of the ingredients. I'm not sure what exactly is in it but wow was it strong tasting. Too much garlic and maybe even truffle oil? Im guessing of course. I grow garlic and love it but this was too rich. You might want to look into this cause that used to be a damn good meatloaf!
Just received a wise ass remark for my review. Just being honest.......wanted to let you know so you could fix it. Like I said I usually like the meal but ok.

Today I had another delicious lunch. Tuna melt, with french fries and pickle. The service was cordial and prompt. Music was nice. I live around the corner, so this is an easy break from my own cooking.

I just had a delicious supper there. Black bean tacos and a local artisan beer. The server was prompt and efficient. I live around the corner, so it is nice to have such a good eatery nearby.
The French toast was excellent, the bacon was enjoyable, the coffee meh. Server was attentive without hovering. Decor was charming. Spending time reading the owner's responses to reviews was fascinating.
Parking: Big lot with plenty of room.

Whatever new cook they got is not good... won't be coming back for a while. This place used to be so good and it's been consistently bad for the past couple months.

My fiancé and I came here for an early Monday lunch, it is difficult to find a place open to dine on Mondays. We are locals and will most definitely be back!
The atmosphere is simple, yet cozy. The service was quick and friendly and the food was filling and delicious. I had the crabcake blt with some yummy fries, it was fantastic! My fiancé had an avacado toast with bacon and salmon along with a pretty large side order of mac and cheese. Everything was delicious! With a snapple and an apple juice it came to just over 60 bucks. A little pricey, but I guess, whats not these days?! We willl be back!

I highly recommend "Get out of town"
If you are traveling on the interstate take a few minutes and stop by. Nothing better than a good drink and breakfast at 6pm. Exceptional service and food.

Amazing. Delicious. I'm excited to come back for lunch one day! Breakfast was great. This aptly named establishment has inside, outside, and bar seating- all with a railroad theme. Fitting for its location where an old trestle runs above the town.
The prices here are incredibly reasonable for what you get. It was too early for me to drink but the prices of the cocktails had me considering. I used to love the old 32 lunch that was here with its classic diner vibe.. I will say this is a totally different atmosphere- but with the cheerful friendly service you expect from a local diner!
With all these new bougie places popping up in the county- it's nice to see one that offers prices for everyone to enjoy.
