First time ordering from this LI location. Nice staff. Very clean location. Would’ve liked a bit more portion in my bowl but the order was done right so it still gets 5*

I have gone/ordered from this location several times and lately it is a roll of the dice for how the food will turn out. More often than not, ingredients or items are missing from my orders. The staff, with the exception of one or two times, have consistently been rude. Management really needs to acknowledge these issues because we as customers are paying too much to get subpar quality salads and miserable customer service experiences in return.

We love the quality and quantity of the salads we get! I recommend the Mexican Caesar - always tasty and spicy!

The servers should learn the menu. No one could describe their "Chicken Tinga" to me. Also, they neglected to chop or toss my "Chop'd" salad! All the dressing and toppings were at the bottom.Lastly, they should give you some guidance as to what is included in your salad or bowl. Today they just added toppings and charged me for most of them, making it very expensive. This is "fancy" fast food. Should be better for the money.

We received the wrong person's order in our take-out bag, and the salad we received that was correct was missing chicken that we had paid for.

We ordered a Jr warm bowl and the portion is extremely small. The avocado is too ripe and turns black. It is worse than any kid meals everywhere. Poor food quality and the see you so so. They don’t care about any complaints ?

I really enjoy salads and when my coworker wanted to go to Chopt for lunch, I quickly responded with a 'SURE'. As much as I go to the Willis Row for CVS or Starbucks, I've never stopped into Chopt. I was helped by Guy, who was very understanding when I told him I'd never been and wasn't too adventurous with my salad toppings. With his help I decided on a Cobb salad, sans the blu cheese, and heavy on the dressing. The romaine lettuce was very fresh, not too wet .. I don't like my greens slopping wet with water. All the ingredients were all very fresh but my only complaint was the avocado, which wasn't completely ripe. Will I return, most definitely.

The staff is so miserable here, not even a smile or a thank you. The three people behind the counter had such bad attitudes. They saw me walk in and looked so annoyed they had a customer. I get its the holiday weekend but you're at work and a part of your job is customer service.

Food is good and reasonably priced, but the my frustrations lie with how the staff appears to try and rush your order. I was the only one in line, ordering a salad from the menu. I requested a different type of chicken, the employee said “we’re out of that”, continuing to quickly scoop the rest of the items in the salad and then rushed to the register to charge me. They did not even offer an alternative or put the original type of chicken the salad called for.

you think I ask them to give me the food for free… I just asked what the ingredients were in the salad dressings – if they had somewhere, what the ingredients were so I can see what kind of oil used. It was one 'I don't know' after another until the person who they all went to (manager I assumed) barked at me (after waiting about 5 minutes) 'Olive oil'. I said excused me? She said 'that's what's in the vinaigrette'... worst Chopt I have ever been to- and by the state of the ingredients (not fresh/slimy) -clearly not the only person that feels this way about this empty location. Chopt do a better job hiring, training and paying your staff as clearly no one here cares...

"I was waiting in a long line during lunchtime, and when it was finally my turn, I ordered a salad and paid in cash (I couldn't see if the staff changed gloves before handling my order). However, when I was about to leave, I was shocked to find out that the staff didn't change their disposable gloves before serving the next customer. During the process of making my order, they also didn't wear masks and were joking around with each other, which was very concerning. It seems like this establishment doesn't provide proper training their employees

Chopt is amazing for salads but the staff here is terrible. Every single person has an attitude or looks miserable. I don’t know if chopt pays staff more to be nasty people but that’s the vibe I get here. I say thank you every time they hand me my salad and never once has anyone said “you’re welcome.” They seriously need to hire people with better personalities
