Ive come to this dunkin a lot as a pit stop during road trips ive lived on LI my whole life and i have no issue buying a few things to be allowed to use the bathroom. This location has always been lovely but today when i asked to use the bathroom after buying 3 donuts i was told that it was occupied even though it said vacant. After about 3 mins of waiting and knocking i asked to be buzzed in since it was clear nobody was in there. He then buzzed me in twice and i still couldnt open the door. I tried to ask him if the bathroom is just closed and he stopped answering me and then went into the back and eventually we left and went nextdoor to use the bathroom. Next time just be upfront if the bathrooms are closed, waste of time

Clean store, super friendly staff and fast service, with very warm food! We stopped to use the restroom which was for customers only but the manager/owner allowed us entry, to which we then agreed to purchase things. Thank you for being a very professional store.

My drink was made quickly and properly. I went to use the restroom which was disgusting. Someone spilled coffee on the floor next to the sink and left the cup, the sink was a mess, the restroom overall was just disgusting in a way words can't describe.

Completely messed up my mobile order they gave me burnt hash browns that I would crumble in my fingers. When I came inside to get the order I heard him so no it’s a bagel but though it was someone else’s order they messed up I was in a rush by the time I checked my food I saw they gave me a croissant instead! I was so furious due to the fact this was going to be my only meal for a 12 hour shift with no break! 10 years I’ve been a Dunkin Fanatic with no issues! This location ruined the whole experience for me. Messing up a customers order on purpose is disgraceful!

If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. the service I got from Faisal one of the employees there was less than desirable. He came out the bathroom yelling and screaming because I knocked on the bathroom door 2 times within 10 minutes. He slammed the door and screamed and continued to scream at me in front of other customers as well. He should've just responded someone was in there and not have caused a scene when he came out. Not behavior expected from an employee that deals with people who come here for the first part of their day. He said " do you want a clean bathroom, I was cleaning!!! " Not 1 cleaning supply smelled when I went in there. I'm never coming here again

I'm a regular Customer of this Dunkin . I Visit this place two three times a week . specially in the mornings , this Dunkin has one of the nicest staff ever . They always greet everyone and if you are a regular , they remember who you are and how your coffee will be up one the counter by the time you get to the register . There’s a very good manager . Also cheers to the lady in the cashier with a pleasant smile . It’s one of my favorite place.

Fast service. Food is what you would expected from a typical Dunkin'. Parking right up front. Probably the only place you can get breakfast at 5 in the morning.
So.. Your job is to pick out the donuts and put them in a bag.. Why would you place a Boston creme first in the bag upside down and the other donuts on top? Result a Boston creme with all of the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. In addition, the Boston had only a trace of creme and all the donuts tasted very below average. Have you given up?

The donuts are the average expected DD donuts ?. The iced coffee was really goof. I asked them to make it sweet and it was perfect. The service was so so... I literally stood at the counter and was completely ignored for quite a few minutes while 5 employees stood around and spoke with each other in a language I didn't understand. Was a little awkward tbh but it's just DD!!! ?
Parking: Parking lot is fairly tight and limited spots available.
There are a lot of DD's that you can go to, but this is my favorite by far. Foods good, donuts are good too; but they have a secret weapon--Cinthia! She is so friendly and makes the trip here so worth it. It's such a delight in this day and age to go somewhere and be greeted by someone at once so personable and professional. Plus she works almost every day!
Vegetarian options: Just ask.
Parking: Spots in front, on the side, and some on the service road as well
Kid-friendliness: Its a Dunkin---kids are welcome
