Starbucks used to be a more coffehouse feel with comfy seats. Now it's a convenience stop with burnt tasting coffee. I like their breakfast sandwiches and the service is friendly.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the staff is honestly the most pleasant and friendly of all the Starbucks I’ve been to in NYC/Long Island. I almost forget I’m in New York and I’m saying this as a New Yorker. If I lived closer this would be my go to Starbucks.

This was my teenage Starbucks and when I come back to my hometown, I feel so sad about what it has become. Unfriendly staff with no warmth or sense of humor that look right through you with this glazed expression. The tip option on the screen always feels like a joke. I’ve tried to make it work now for a few visits and I give up. I’m seeing that indie run places are the better option where I am more than happy to tip. These chains have to understand that we can make coffee at home or go somewhere else. When we go out, it’s about the total experience from the product to the service. A friendly vibe goes a long way!

Five star drinks five star snacks but five star prices are always number one at Starbucks like you get what you pay for All their frappuccinos are amazing number one ask for less ice and more of your frappuccino

I come to this Starbucks all the time. To day was a new record, 17 mins for a black grande coffee no sugar.
This is the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff are always professional and super friendly. The food and drinks and merch are great! Love coming here :)

Today (9/1 4pm around) I ordered iced apple crisp creme chai, and the cashier said "I can't hear you." Even not that crowded, noisy at that time.
Anyway, I ordered, but he (the cashier) put different menu, I couldn't check it right away, because it was first time order by application, so I am not used to it.
And even they NEVER called my nickname or notice my menu is ready.
I was waiting to be called, then noticed one menu putting on the bar. I slightly checked nickname and that was mine.
At the same time, baristas called other customers' name though.
And even they made different menu.... I said I ordered different thing, so barista gave that wrong menu and the other one together. I thanked him, cause he didn't doubt but just corrected other's mistake.
Still they didn't say sorry for mistake, .. And again when they made my menu, they also don't call me or my nickname, or just anything.
So uncomfortable!
1. The cashier said he couldn’t hear my voice. 2. I spoke properly, but he set everything very quickly and said he was done, then ordered another menu. I didn't know because I ordered through an app and didn't receive a receipt. 3. The menu appeared, but another menu was created. 4. I said this wasn’t right so I did it again. 5. Even if the menu appears twice, my name is never called;; I'm telling you to take it yourself... 6. This feels vaguely bad.....;;;
