The food and service was excellent. The tribute wine was smooth and the mushroom risotto was fabulous.
Atlas New World bistro is a hidden gem. I tried it for the first time and the food was delicious. It is a good mixture of American and Indian flavors. The chef was fabulous and he came out to greet us. I would definitely return back again.
The restaurant is located in the basement of the hotel. No windows, no plants. We had breakfast. The thick cut bacon was delicious. The French toast was mediocre. The coffee was cold and slightly watered down. We had to ask for butter and salt/pepper. Breakfast potatoes were good. So was the regular toast. You have the option of sitting upstairs outside on the deck, but it's so far from the main restaurant it didn't appear to look like a part of the restaurant, just a balcony where the few chairs and tables. There was nothing on the tables.
Popped in with a few friends to celebrate a birthday and jus being together, (I've been here before and jus made my way to the doors .... We're two members of our group were greeted at the desk and pointed to where the restaurant is, they were rather surprised and called to question if they made it to the right venue, so yeah, that was kinda fun... We were.greeted and seated by Akbar, who was awfully sweet, attentive and accommodating. Our drinks were tasty, meals served hot and nicely presented. We tried something off of each menu, (regular, Indian fusion and summer menus) And for dessert gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream, which was a HIT!!!... DEFINITELY visiting again!
Great experience. I've been here several times through the years but this was different. Much clearer. Indian cuisine is separated on menu. Everything outstanding and the staff accommodating to special requests. Friendly wonderful and delicious. Thank you.
Thank you for making my Mother feel so special on Mother's Day! The food & drinks were delicious! The ambiance was beautiful! Everyone was so pleasant. I'll definitely will be back in the future.
This restaurant is trying with a menu that seems to try too hard! The best dish we had was hummus. The flatbread is too thick with bread. The curry fries too salty and Cesar salad was too small ( but fairly fresh) There are Some Indian dishes on the menu but no samosas The room is very loud when we left it was full of large groups. We had no reservation on a Saturday night on Long Island so decided to try this local one. Unless you are stuck for a place to go, you can skip this as a meh place.
Second time dining at Atlas Bistro – mostly positive experience. The menu offers many desirable options, the preparation was perfect. Incredibly convenient if you're staying at the hotel. Only downside was the noise level from the lounge area. Not loud enough for us to leave, but if there's a boisterous group at the bar, you're effectively going to be part of the merriment. Will be back just because of the food/service/value.
The service was good. The food was fine. Way overcooked. Ordered medium rare. It was beyond well done.
Although the staff was polite and helpful, the service was slow. We had to remind them multiple times about our order and missing first course. Despite the slow service, the food and drinks were amazing.

The food was very good and prices moderate. My companion and I both selected entrees from the special Indian food-based menu. Service was excellent and our waiter Indru was especially pleasant and helpful. He clearly wanted to ensure our experience was positive. It was.
The service and cocktails were good. The food wasn't very authentic nor very good. Some appetizers were decent. We won't be going back.
The food quality and options were both excellent as was the service. We were staying at the hotel, so the convenience as equally as exceptional.
Just trying this restaurant for the first time since it opened. The menu had options for everyone. The starters and entrees were tasty and nice sized portions. The desserts were delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was a bit barren. We were there on a Saturday evening at 7:00PM and the place was fairly empty. Hopefully others will give it a try. All in all, it was a good meal.
I had a wonderful meal experience with excellent cuisine selection and some of the dishes that stood out were the tuna steak, lamb chops and the lobster roll. Service was very attentive and ambience had a great vibe. Pretty full for a Thursday night.
