Second time dining at Atlas Bistro – mostly positive experience. The menu offers many desirable options, the preparation was perfect. Incredibly convenient if you're staying at the hotel. Only downside was the noise level from the lounge area. Not loud enough for us to leave, but if there's a boisterous group at the bar, you're effectively going to be part of the merriment. Will be back just because of the food/service/value.
The service was good. The food was fine. Way overcooked. Ordered medium rare. It was beyond well done.
Although the staff was polite and helpful, the service was slow. We had to remind them multiple times about our order and missing first course. Despite the slow service, the food and drinks were amazing.
The food was very good and prices moderate. My companion and I both selected entrees from the special Indian food-based menu. Service was excellent and our waiter Indru was especially pleasant and helpful. He clearly wanted to ensure our experience was positive. It was.
The service and cocktails were good. The food wasn't very authentic nor very good. Some appetizers were decent. We won't be going back.
The food quality and options were both excellent as was the service. We were staying at the hotel, so the convenience as equally as exceptional.
Just trying this restaurant for the first time since it opened. The menu had options for everyone. The starters and entrees were tasty and nice sized portions. The desserts were delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was a bit barren. We were there on a Saturday evening at 7:00PM and the place was fairly empty. Hopefully others will give it a try. All in all, it was a good meal.
I had a wonderful meal experience with excellent cuisine selection and some of the dishes that stood out were the tuna steak, lamb chops and the lobster roll. Service was very attentive and ambience had a great vibe. Pretty full for a Thursday night.
Our server was very nice but the food just was not good, one meal was inedible but they didn't charge us for it. I think they need to streamline the menu, too many items and too many types of food, Italian, Sushi, Asian, none of it was very good, disappointed was hoping it would be a new place to go
I remembered the restaurant before it was Atlas.dreary hotel restaurant with few patrons. Entering the hotel is daunting with a steep set of steps to navigate and then an elevator to go downstairs. FYI park in the lower lot and enter through the lower level. Unfortunately nothing had changed. Same place with a few transient patrons To our delight though the cuisine was excellent, compliments to the chef. And the service was equally good.

I started off being turned off by this place because it was multiple calls that I got from here asking to confirm. Once I confirm the first time no one should be calling me every day until the reservation to keep confirming. That being said it was an ok experience for me. We took my mom here for Mother's Day.But the only thing that was disappointing is that they didn't have the regular a la carte menu available as well. The only had a mother's day brunch menu which was a little bit lacking. The food was good not fantastic. I cannot say what was really fantastic was the dessert. The service was really nice. The waiter was very present. Other than that nature if I would return though.
This is a relatively small restaurant on the ground floor of the Hilton in Roslyn. It's very quiet, but the food is really wonderful. Vegetarian friendly, with an Indian bent. Wonderful service. The long booths are a bit of a tight fit, so we were more comfortable at a square table. Seems a bit off the beaten path, but a nice quiet place to know about. We'll be back.
Our server was outstanding and he truly tried to make sure we had an outstanding experience He was enthusiastic in his recommendations and genuinely wanted to know how we enjoyed each dish Even one dish arrived cold and he had it completely remade and it was delicious and hot (vegetarian cassoulet) The flatbread was delicious as were the cocktails Our server also comped the one dish and provided a complimentary birthday desert The bar is lovely but a little odd to be with no windows and i didn't care for the open doors to the kitchen being in the middle of the dining room (perhaps a screen to cover the doors)
Beautiful restaurant inside with low lighting and wonderful music, that added to the ambiance - friendly waiters, wide variety of food options - all delicious & great cocktails. Highly Recommend....add this one to your to do list !!
Only 2 employees for 8 tables (mostly couples or trios). My party was of 2 people. We waited 30 minutes between courses (we ordered off of the restaurant week menu). A table that got there after us (of 2 people) were served everything before us. My sushi rice was undercooked. When asked if my food was spicy (the chicken biryani), I was told that it would be mild. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! It was extremely spicy, and I drenched it in the mint sauce, hoping to tame it. It didn't really help. After dessert, we waited about 40 minutes for the check. The waiters never looked our way nor to the table next to us. When we finally got his attention, it was after the other table asked for their dessert did and I asked for our check. They paid more attention to 2 women at the bar than they did to us. The bar customers WERE NOT THE ONES there! I don't think that this was acceptable. Unfortunately for them, I will never go there again. Thoroughly disappointed by service and taste. I'd recommend either more wait staff or that the current wait staff pay more attention to ALL of the customers.
